Almost is Never Enough

I loved him. A guy that every girl is wishing to have.

I thought that we'd last forever.

We had the almost perfect relationship that no one else got.

We're contented with each other and had the best of times together.

But, a day came that we'd realized it's finally over.

That moment, I've encountered the phrase,

"Almost is never enough."

But, you came and took a great role in my life. In our lives.

I love him. You love her.

But, out of nowhere, we'd fallen for each other.

We'd spent almost forever together.

But, is this forever enough?

Or for the second time around, I'll say that,

Almost is never enough.
