Chap 2. Maybe a Lucky Day

Perrie was on a perfect slumber, when her phone started to beep, she was so tired didn't even remember how or when she went to sleep. She groaned and after a minute taking her surroundings, silenced it. Leigh's legs were on top of hers, on a bizarre angle and she was sleeping peacefully, Perrie just laugh thinking how could her friend be sleeping after the siren sound of her alarm clock. Then she sited on bed and checked her phone, only then she saw that there was new message.

From Know-It-All: Hello, beautiful. Hope you and Leigh got home well! Sweet dreams, good night xx

Perrie just smiled, thinking how caring Jade was. Was she even real? Come on, the girl seems just perfect. "Well, well, well. Look at this goofy face this time on the morning, I guess somebody must thank me for forcing a night out" Leigh said sounding proud, startling the blonde. "Weren't you sleeping? Hush it. I refuse to thank you, but indeed last night was... Something" she said daydreaming about Jade's lips. "Something? It's how young people call sucking face these days?" Perrie made a chocked face "Leave it alone, wasn't sucking face, I mean not only, we actually talked a lot and she asked me on a date" Leigh faked tears on her face "I'm already dreaming with beautiful tanned blue-eyed babies. What were you guys talking about that gave you a goofy face?". "Actually I'm yet to respond, she sent me a good night message yesterday, how sweet is she?" Perrie said in awe. "So please, do answer quickly, this girl's a keeper, mark my words" Leigh then stood up "I'm gonna take a bath first, you answer Jade. Wanna grab coffee on the way to the magazine?" Perrie had such a great time with Jade the other day, that she forgot about the shooting today "It's settle". Leigh went on the bathroom and Perrie started to think how to answer, how could she seem not uninterested, not to keen, her mind was about to blow and then she just think she should go with her heart.

To Know-It-All: Good morning, miss big words :) I was so tired, I didn't even saw the message. Hope you got home safe.

When Perrie was finding something on Leigh-Anne's closet to wear, she heard her phone buzzing

From Know-It-All: Good morning to you too, beautiful. I believe you owe me a date, I did not forgot. Could we discuss it over lunch today?

To Know-It-All: I would love to, but unfortunately I have a shoot on a magazine today.

From Know-It-All: If it means I'll be seen your beautiful face even more around the city, then it's worth it. I'm making my way to a meeting at the firm, I'll talk to you later then. Good job today, xx.

To Know-It-All: Thank you, Jade xx

Perrie then got herself ready and went to the magazine with Leigh, grabbing her coffee on her way to Elle magazine. When got there, they met the other models and the staff and Perrie went quickly to the shooting room, since the blonde will be on the cover issue, but the photographer wasn't there yet, so she was looking her feed on instagram, when she heard the door open and a tattoed brunette enter. "I'm so so so fucking sorry, crazy night yesterday and I wasn't supposed to shoot this, but the other photographer was sick. I'm babbling, nice to meet you, I'm Jesy" and she gave her hand for a shake, "Not the big deal, don't need to apologize, actually I'm the one to keep the photographers waiting, so it's nice a change every now and then. I'm Perrie" the blonde said as she gave the other girl a handshake. "So let's do this, it's a long shoot, so just get comfortable and do your thing". After posing for a moment, Perrie said "I'm in love with your ACDC shirt", Jesy giggle "Girl, this shirt was literally the first thing I saw when I open my drawer, but thank you. It's not usual a model who speaks during the shooting, I thought it was a rule to stay silent" Perrie try to keep serious, but she blurted a laugh, "Right? They're all so serious, I guess that's why I have a few friends on the profession. Tell me more about yourself, maybe I'll make a new friend."

So Perrie and Jesy talked a bit about everything, movies and bands they liked, foods. The blonde discover that Jesy love to go a night out, but also outside programs during the day and that she was just like Leigh – always made her best friend join her on her adventures. Between wardrobe changes and pictures, Jesy asked about their friendship and the blonde told her about the day they met on a shooting 2 years ago, how they just clicked and the fact that they're so friends that when they were searching places to live in London, they made sure to bought flats on the same building; Jesy said it was so cute the way they care for each other and that it made her remember her own best friend, that basically grew up with her. Jesy was shocked with Perrie's naturally moves, she didn't need more directions, she easily changed poses and expressions by herself. After a few hours, when they were finishing up Perrie's solo pictures, talking about how Jesy would have fun when taking pictures of Perrie and Leigh together after the brake, because it was about lunch time. "I think me and Leigh would ask something to deliver, do you want to join us? I want you guys to meet" Jesy was texting and then she said "In fact my best friend just told me she would bring me something to eat. Would you and Leigh join us? I'll just tell her to bring more food and we can all have lunch together" Perrie smiled, thinking that the girl's best friend should be nice as her and agreed, saying she would be back after calling Leigh on the prep room and putting a short at least, because she was posing in bikinis.

"Leigh, you have no idea how cool it's our photographer" Perrie said entering the room "Oh, it's a nice change to have someone to talk while working, let's eat?" the afro-haired girl asked, "In fact we'll eat with her and her friend, I came to get you and put some shorts on and call my mother to check in". After made her call, put her shorts on and waiting for Leigh to get ready, Perrie and Leigh made their way to the shooting room to find Jesy and her friend. "So, how it's things with Jade, huh?" Perrie couldn't help, but smile thinking about the petite goddess "We talked, she invited me to lunch, but I told her about the shooting. So she said we would talk later then, since she had a meeting, she's a lawyer" Leigh-Anne putted her hands to the sky "Thank God, this girl's different and keeps getting better" Perrie just laughed, knowing Leigh was referring to her former lame boyfriend. When they were entering the room, they heard laughing sounds and when Perrie saw a petite beautiful figure, that perfect grey curly hair and she just took a minute do breath in how hot Jade was with her perfect tailored suits and oxford shoes. "So you girls are here, this is my best friend Jade" Jesy said as Jade turned towards Perrie, checking her out shamelessly "Hello, beautiful. I keep getting lucky, I see" as she walk towards Perrie and gave a kiss on her mouth's corner. "She's the girl from yesterday?" Jesy asked, just as Leigh was entering the room. "Why do I keep catching you guys making out?" the afro-haired girl said, playfully rolling her eyes. "I'm so sorry, Perrie makes very hard for me to stay away from her" Jade said smiling, while Perrie kept her hands on Jade's toned arms, couldn't manage to take her arms off the woman besides her, as they kept staring each other. "It seems like they're the only ones in this room, so I'll introduce myself, you must be Jesy, I'm Leigh-Anne" she said walking pass the girls and shaking hands with the dark long-haired. "Nice to meet you Leigh, I believe these too have some explaining to do"
