Chapter 1: First day of high school

Abby's POV

Today is my first day of high school and I'm not looking forward to it. I'm going to be a freshmen and I have to go to school with my brother Jesse and his girlfriend Sarah.

"Abby lets go!" Jesse yelled and I ran downstairs.

"Calm down Jesse I'm here." I said

"Good lets go to school." He said and I jumped into the car. When I got to school Jesse's friends were waiting for him. I got out of the car and went to the office to get my schedule and my locker combo. After I put my stuff in my locker Jesse and his friends were helping the principle I guess to put up a missing sign of a teenage boy who goes to our school. I saw two boys my age standing next to me.

"That wasn't weird at all." One of them said after we witnessed the principle say the exact same words as Jesse said. Jesse looked at us and winked at me.

"I know I'm Abby btw." I said

"Hi I'm Ethan and this is my best friend Benny." He said and I smiled at him.

"So let me see your schedules and see if we have any classes together." I said and once I saw their schedules I smirked.

"Looks like we have every period together." I said and they smiled.

"Good." Benny said

"Let's go then boys I don't want to be late to our first class." I said and they followed me. I know we are going to be great friends already.

Time skip to lunch

Me, Benny, and Ethan are waiting online to buy our lunches. Once we paid for our lunches a weird kid named Rory came and sat with us. Benny sat next to me and Ethan and Rory sat across from us. Rory kept on staring at me and I was uncomfortable.

"Dude stop staring at Abby your making her uncomfortable." Benny said

"Sorry I just never been this close to a girl before." He said and I looked at him funny. I looked around the room and saw Sarah and her best friend Erica. I waved at Sarah and she motioned for me to come over. I walked over to her and sat down next to her.

"Sarah how are you?" I asked

"I'm doing good how are you?" She asked

"Fine I miss having you around the house." I said and she smiled

"Sorry that I haven't been around that much." She said whiling looking at Erica when she said that.

"That's ok." I said

Time skip to the end of the day

It's the end of the day finally and I'm walking out with Benny and Ethan when I saw my brother and Sarah fighting about something. Jesse's friends are always with him for some reason. After one of his friends talked to Erica he yelled at me to get in the car.

"Bye guys I'll see you tomorrow." I said and they nodded.

"Here is our numbers so you can text us." Benny said with a smile and I nodded.

"See you guys tomorrow." I said and went on my way home with Jesse and his friends great *note sarcasm*. While we were driving home I text Ethan and Benny and then put us in a group chat.

"Your really going to be friends with those guys?"Jesse said and I nodded.

"Yeah I want friends of my own Jesse and I don't want to hang out with your friends because they creep me out sometimes." I said and they growled at me weird. I was smiling at my phone screen while texting Ethan and Benny.
