Author's Note: Ok I don't really know much about Harley and Ethan's school life or big events so just letting you know..don't get all on top of me XD...this is just going be based on their characteristics and some of their habits :).

Harley's POV

All I want is a normal life. No sharing a room, no eating constant leftovers, no being the last one to the table, remote, or the bathroom. Oh and the car seat! In order there's Rachel, Georgie, Ethan, Lewie, Beast, and then Daphne. Oh and I forgot...myself. I'm snack dab in the middle. It's a complete bummer. No, bummer isn't enough to describe the hell and the TORTURE!!! You would think that Rachel is the responsible one in this family and that she helps mom with everything and be her #1 helper and crap right???...WRONG!
I am.
Without me, this family would be into 10x more disasters than necessary. You know..it would take more than a year to write down all the shit that I go through.
So, let's just say 6 more years...you know what I'm saying? But of course I know that things could've been worse like for example ... imagine all of US...living in a small house and suffering like the more unfortunate?! That would make my position even more like hell on earth! This is what makes me want to spend at least a year in my life seriously helping out big poor families...poor middle child. Anyways! Stop making me feel guilty 😩.
So between the gross and rude younger siblings and the older and bossy siblings is Ethan ... Not too bossy and not too gross. He's literally the only person in this family that I feel extremely close to and have a connection with. Doesn't ignore me all the time, helps me out with tough situations.
My BFTF basically.
So through all the foggy days, at least I have him to get me through them. Oh boloney, now I'm making him sound like some kind of ticket to salvation. But you know, ever since he turned 15 I can't help seeing him as -

"NO!" I reach for the last bowl of cereal just before Rachel did spilling a bit on to the table.
"No way, I was here first!" She bratted on.
"Forget that! I grabbed the bowl first," I smirked.
"Mom!"
I look at mom honestly and she goes over the rules. "Rachel, you know the rules. If we're out, whoever grabs gets especially if it's a younger one."
"Ugh," she mumbles then storms off to find something else to eat. In triumph, I eat my well deserved bowl of cereal. Ethan gives me a congratulatory pat on the back. "Way to go, sis!"
"Thank you! Thank you very much," I say while bowing. For a moment it feels like Ethan is staring into my soul. I break the silence after feeling awkward for staring back. "Is something on my face?"
"Oh-uh-no. I was just mentally scolding myself and spaced out." He quickly went back to eating his cereal. But I could tell that there was more since he was just stirring the cereal instead of eating it.
"About what? Is your sister's cute face distracting you?" I blinked at him in
an annoying way. It was kind of my way to bother him and get him to spill the beans.
"Yea right, it's more like that wart on your nose," he laughed.
"Whaaaaat?" I pouted. "Oh cmon, I won't freak -
"WHERE-IS-VOODA!!!?" a horrific growl comes from upstairs. One word.
Daphne.
Mom tries to help. "Isn't she in your playhouse honey? I'm sure-
"No she isn't! Someone took it," she put on her evil brat face, "And I know exactly who it is." She walked down the stairs holding "voodon" in her hand. And of course - and I mean - why not just walk right up to me...your usual frickin target that mom and dad can't figure out yet!
"This one." She points to me. I just ignore her and keep eating my cereal. I can feel Daphne's "stop-ignoring-me" heated face glaring at me. Sure enough, it was.
"Harley?"
"Yes mom?"
"Well did you?"
"Really mom? No-seriously??"
"Really Harley? Because you do make a lot of inventions and stuff-
"Mom?!"
"Ok, ok. Daphne, let's go search your room."
"Hmph," Daphne spins around. "I'm not done with you," she grumbles with her back facing me.
I roll my eyes and turn back around to finish my now soggy cereal. Undeserved. "Bitch," I mutter underneath my breath.
Ethan's alarm goes off. "Cmon Harley, we're gonna be late!" I throw away my cereal (feeling guilty again), and shoot off to school.
"Our last damn day! Tell me how does that feel, " says Ethan on our way to school.
"Can't wait! My summer plans can't even hold in my journal," I laugh excited about all of the awesome things I have in mind for the summer.
