Death of the Signor

I killed the Signor.
He bugged me always wanting more.
Alway giving just a nibble,
Taking my kibble.

He's a sleek one.
He has the colors of the sun.
I put on my hook some gum,
Hoping to add him to my sum.

I got him deep!
He knew this was his biggest sleep.
I got him back,
Giving no slack.

I strapped him to a chain,
And watched him sink on his lane.
I took him out a while later.
Knowing I'm an expert baiter.

This is the final drought,
For Signor Rainbow Trout.
