"Alrighty! What seems to be the issue here?" Asked the headmaster plopping himself in his chair. The headmaster's office looked just like the secretarial room. The only difference was that the wall behind the headmaster's desk was all window.
Layla spoke first. "Well sir, we would like to know if me and Felix here can be reassigned different dorm rooms."
"Why is that? Did you two get into some sort of lovers quarrel while being in the same dorm?" He asked with a devilish, cat like grin.
Layla and Felix became flustered splurging out words of denial in a frantic speech. The headmaster just looked at them and laughed, "you two remind me of some old friends of mine."
Layla and Felix looked at him as he looked down at his desk with gloomy, melancholic eyes. The man soon came to his senses, "But enough about me. Why do you wish to be separated?"
Felix decided to speak up this time. "It's because of our sexual orientation sir. We understand that it is not appropriate for two bisexual students to be sharing a dorm room. Given that both of us are bisexual, I believe it is necessary for us to be put into different dorm rooms."
Layla's face was flushed with red by the end of Felix's sentence. She tightly gripped her left arm from embarrassment. The other two didn't pay much attention to her though.
"Both of you bisexual? Hmmm... Wait just one second," the headmaster logged into his computer and accessed Layla and Felix's applications.
"That's odd," he turned towards Felix saying, "Felix, you wrote in your application that you're asexual, care to explain why that is."
Felix's face became distorted in worry. He rushed over to the computer to see that his application did indeed say he was asexual. He walked away, trying to get a hold on the situation. "Sir, believe me, I was not the one who put that on my application. My mother was-... My Mom!"
Felix hurriedly took out his phone and called his mom, hoping she would be the one to solve this entire dilemma. After three rings she answered.
*Hello? Felix is something wrong?*
"Mom! What did you put in my dorm application for the sexual orientation category?"
*On your application?... Well it's been some time, I can't really remember.*
"Please tell me you typed in bisexual."
*Bisexual?... Felix aren't you asexual?"
"Noooo, mom. I've told you many times before. I'm bisexual."
Felix began to flashback to the moments when he told her in the past. He's repeated the sentence "mom, I'm bisexual" while she was submerged in her favorite game show, playing basketball against some other kids in the park, and one instance while the kitchen caught on fire.
*Sorry hon. I always thought you were asexual since you never seemed intimately interested in anyone.*
His face became gloomy. With lost spirit he answered, "Alright mom, I'll call you back tomorrow."
*Are you sure. Is everything okay Felix?*
"Y-Yea! W-we're all good here!" He answered, doing his best to hide his current predicament.
