Welcome to Death, I Mean School

My school wasn't your average college, it was for advanced students and was structured like high school. It was a relief to an extent, not as drastic of a transition that I had dreaded so much over the summer. Every Tuesday, Thursday. and Saturday we had classes from seven o'clock in the morning to four in the afternoon, terrible, right? It was the morning of the big day and I was ready. My bag and satchel were stuffed to the brim with books and my outfit was on point, AKA the regular (if you don't know what that is look at the first chapter). I walked to the school, sweating profusely, I prayed to the school gods it was because of heat and not my last minute nerves. I glanced up at the cliche brick building and sighed, "if there is a God in heaven" I paused "help me be invisible" I muttered before walking inside. I shoved the majority of my books into my locker before heading to Science and Engineering class. On the way I was shoved into the wall by a tall boy, by the looks of it he was six foot and boy was he cute. I came back to reality and he was still there, staring at me like I was a piece of meat. Then came what i didn't expect, he let go of me and stomped off down the hall, theres men for you. I scurried to my 1st class and sat down just before the bell rang and began my first day off college. The day went pretty normal till I got out of my 5th period (there are 7 periods in a day), and headed to my locker (people without dorms get lockers). A group of boys were blocking my way and by the looks of it they were all jerks, I mean jocks. I pushed my way through them slowly, hearing numerous wolf whistles and strangely enough, a growl? Call me crazy but i swear someone growled like a dog. I reached 6th period and saw that dude who had pushed me into the wall earlier that day, and lo and behold the only seat left was the one next to him, just my luck. I sat in my seat, trying to avoid eye contact and felt some one poke my shoulder. I snapped around and my eyes softened when I saw a girl that looked my age behind me. She introduced herself as Megan, "Eliza" I said shaking her hand and grinning.

She leaned into my ear and whispered "how did you manage to get a seat next to the hottest guy in class ?"  gesturing to the boy next to me.

I glanced at him glaring and turned back to face Megan, "it wasn't by choice" I replied.

"What do you mean, all the girls drool over Erik" she said, once again gesturing, but this time to all the girl in the class. I turned to face them and caught them all staring in his direction, I groaned and tried to pay attention the rest of class.

Erik's POV

(This is still early in the morning) - It was my second year at this college and once again, all the girls were staring as I passed them in the halls. I wished I could turn into a wolf here and now, maybe then they would be afraid of me and would avert there eyes, or better yet avoid me all together. I turned the corner into a practically empty hall and there I saw her, the most beautiful girl I had ever laid eyes on, I inhaled and my nose was engulfed with the smell of lavender and coconut. Inside my mouth was watering, I walked by her and she didn't even see me, she just kept walking, i was infuriated. I pushed her against the wall and saw my mates big blue eyes fill with fear, crap, i had blown it. I slowly let go and stomped down the hall, out the door, and into the woods.
