Smile

Chapter 1

I stand at the gates looking into my new future, this is where I will spend my entire high-school experience. For some this may have been easy but for me, this is incredibly difficult. You see, I have just moved from America to England and I know absolutely nobody. I begin to walk in the gates, my heart feels like it's pumping out of my chest, I can feel the nerves in my stomach swirl around and crawl up my throat, making me feel like throwing up. I walk to my form class and wait outside, standing with nobody...

As the bell rings I enter the class, standing behind a desk, soon after, the teacher introduces herself, her name is Miss Blackstan, she seems rather nice. She then puts us in seating arrangements so we can carry on with our day. She puts me next to this guy called Joe, he seems pretty cool and I'm quite glad I sit next to him, but sometimes he can be quite intimidating, I think it's because he is in year 8. He has brown hair, which is in a quiff-fringe thing, he has really nice blue eyes and straight teeth aswell. (A/N y'all know what Joe sugg looks like😏) Anyway my school only just recently opened, so year 7 and 8's are in the same class. Anyway we get in with our day, getting our lockers, learning the rules, getting our timetables, which thankfully me and joe are in all the same classes and so on.

Before I know it, it's lunch, we had recess earlier in class so we could keep going along with what we were doing, but now I stand in the courtyard looking for somewhere to sit, but everyone else is in groups or sitting with other friends, so I go and sit alone on one of the tables. I was eating my lunch when someone came and sat with me, it was Joe. I smiled at him, I was grateful that he came and sat with me, even though he had other friends sitting on another table, none of his mates are in mine and Joe's classes. Anyway we finished eating and started talking, he even introduces me to some of his friends.

After lunch we went back into class and only had about and hour left of school, so we did so,e work sheets and the teacher let us have some free time. After school, Joe offered to walk me home as he was walking that way to catch the bus, so we walked and talked until I got home, I walked to the front foot while shooting hike a quick smile, a Thankyou and a goodbye, before I opened my door and he walked off. As soon as I walked in my mum asked me how school was. I told her it was great and I told her all about Joe, then I went into my room and got into my leotard for gymnastics. I've been doing gymnastics ever since I was 2. Anyway after gymnastics I went home, had a shower and got into my pyjamas. I was standing at my mirror, looking at myself, I have long brownie-blond hair, blue eyes, and relatively straight teeth. Then I ate dinner, went on YouTube and then slipped into bed, for once actually looking forward to school the next day.
