Even after working for 1 year its almost hard to get appreciation.Their boss rearly visited the office and check the accounts.Maria was appointed as their manager.who was clever enought to take the credit of fada and other workers.she knew that fada can be tough opponent if she became able to get the attention of boss.atleast this is what she think of her.every one were aware of her hard work and her passion toward the job.But no one can go against Maria even though she was too harsh to Fada.but she never get tired from her work.she was always concerned about how to make Maria happie and complete every worlk proporly.she was addicted to her work and to learn each and every thing that comes in her way.Though she was just 16 yr minor assistance of Maria her skill to communicate and knowledge to get the things were started to go even beyond Maria limitation.
She even went to deliver the office ordered product to client even walking a miles just to save some penny.even though Maria treated her as poor ugly assistance ,she always treated her as her big sister and obey her each and every command

As a result she has became very well even in preparing and checking document and account,handling customer service and even completing Maria's work with many days of sleepless night but what she got in return was hatred from Maria.her work goes directly to Maria cabin, and she collect all the credit acting beside the boss as how hard all task were for her,showing the new business idea of Fada to the boss she snatch away the dream of Fada.company sales and the Maria salary were increasing rapidly after the Fada entry in the business.but again what she left was constant minimal salary and not even a self respect.
