I start unpacking my stuff in my brand new room. IT'S MASSIVE! I hang up all my posters, frame my photos and make my bed.
After a long day of setting up our new house, we sat down at our new dining table to have dinner. I had my normal vegetables and a hamburger. I start to walk back to my room and stopped to the sound of some kids playing outside. I peek out the window in the kitchen and there's a girl sitting down, watching a couple of boys play soccer on the field opposite our house.
My mum saw me staring out the window and came over. 'Go join them' she said. I really don't feel like it. 'Uh, why not...' I say. Why did I say that? OMG! I'm going to make a complete full out of myself.
I walk outside and pretend to be check the mail. None of them noticed me. I decided to slam the mailbox hard. I caught there attention. They all looked at me and started walking over with a happy look on their face.
'Uh, hi?' One of the boys said when they reached me. 'Uh, hey!' I replied. 'So you must be the new one' the young girl said with a cheeky grin. I stare at her for a couple if seconds and reply 'yeh, so what are your names?'. They all started laughing. I stand there. What? I'm so confused!
A young handsome boy, that came out of no where, walks over. I recognise him from some where. 'Can you guys stop laughing for one second?' He asks with an angry look. They all stare at him and start cracking up with laughter. I say 'Um, what are you guys even laughing about?'. They all sprint away.
I'm left there with the young, very attractive boy. We both smile at each other. 'Hi, I'm Jai' the boy exclaims. 'I'm Abbey' I reply. 'I swear I know you from someone' he says. I stare at him. 'Oh, I know!!!' He says excitedly 'your the girl from the airport!'. I stand there and smile 'that's me!'
'So, why were the boys laughing at you?' He asked with a disappointed look on his face. 'All I did was ask them their names' I reply. He looks at me confused. 'Well, not sure why they were laughing at you, but they always laugh at me because I love to sing and they think it's stupid'.
I smile at him 'I don't think it's stupid' I say.
'Well that's because your not stupid' he says with a really cute smile.
We sit down and talk for hours until mum called me.
'Talk tomorrow?' He says. 'Defiantly!' I reply.
