My Life

My life isn't ordinary

It's extraordinary

I live on a station out in Queensland

I have so many pets

seven to be precise

many horse and calves

dingos and feral cats

WILD CAMELS AS WELL

so as you see my life isn't ordinary

It's extraordinary

In the holidays I go mustering

which is sort of cattle droving

I am home schooled

I'm a tomboy

but girly when needed

My Dad taught me to drive cars,

Motor bikes and is forever teaching me

My life isn't ordinary

It's extraordinary

when Christmas comes we shoot the pig

Then go to the river and cook it on a barbie there

We swim with the dogs and all the station crew

my life isn't ordinary

It's extraordinary

So you see my life is different

from what is in towns and cities

Also I don't see or talk to friends

until school camps or activity days

But I love the peacefulness

and being alone

Though you miss your friends

The station crew are great friends as well

So I'm glad I'm me

Thankyou for reading this poem, though it isn't really one. But this is all true. Love ya guys
