I didn't see Precious on bus when I got in. I assumed that she's not feeling well and not coming to school. I went straight to the Library and sat down while texting Precious to find out how she was. Response came back.

Ouch!! I took my bag and went to class. Classes seemed to be dragging. I wasn't paying attention at all to all my classes. We were in a biology class when the teacher asked me a question. Oh gosh I didn't even hear the question cause I was busy thinking about how am I ever gonna get the truth. The teacher came close and asked...
"Miss Corebeny, are you alright? You seem to be out of the class by mind."
"I'm fine Mr Peterson", I answered my eyes locked on the board.
" Now tell me what's the name of the smallest planet?".
"Pluto??!", I answered unsure.
" Very good Ms Corebeny", he said whilst the whole class gave an applaud.
Wow was that a right answer? Wasn't sure. I was never good with biology.
The bell rang we all picked up our bags and head out of class. When I was one step out of class, Mr Peterson called me over to his desk.
Now that was scary. I stood in front of him. He gestured down to the chair for me sit. I sat down.
He asked if I knew anything about Precious. Told him I didn't know a thing since she hasn't told me anything.
He asked me to check up on her today, I agreed. I shot my ass out of the classroom.
Mom was waiting for me by the gate. I hated that, I'm a big girl now to be fetched up from school. She waved as I approached her. She gave me a quick hug and we got in the car.
