Bad Intentions

A longed wait

It was 2.00pm I had just got back from my 24 hour flight from Australia and my head was a in pain from the air pressure.I was on my way back to see my fiancé from being away from her for a month but what I didn't know was about to turn my life upside down...

As I walked up to our apartment I felt as if there was something telling me to turn back for my own good but I just carried on walking and knocked on the door."Oh my goodness I've missed you so much Lotte I can't believe I haven't see you for a month baby!" I said putting breaks in between every couple of words to kiss her."Who the fuck are you go away before I call the police you pedophil!" The response I was not waiting for from my soon to be wife...

SLAM! The door shut in my face as I stood there filled with anger and confusion on what just happened and as the person I am I went home crying to mummy...who only lived across the road.

'KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK' the door swung open and my mother grabbed me and held me tight."Mum what's happened to Lotte she's acting all wierd  like I'm a stranger." "Oh they...didn't tell you..did they" she said with a slight shock on her face.

"Mum what's wrong..Tell me now!" I said whilst holding a firm grip on both of her arms in confusion."Lotte..she had an accident...She was in a car crash just about a week ago..And she's lost all of her memory.Im so sorry Josh to be the one to tell you I really am!"

And at that moment a single tear rolled down my face as I thought of all the holidays and magical moments that we had spent together just gone.Poof just like that...

That night I slept at my mothers and locked myself in my old bedroom.Waiting to wake up from this horrible nightmare but I knew I never would...
