The Lost Fable

Prologue

Leon's story starts when he was only a small child. It's starts, with a fire...

Leon was born to a mystical woman know as Ember, and a warlock know as Gerard.
Ember was gifted with the power to bring life, and did so with the help of her magical staff and Gerard had the ability to harness and create fire on a whim.
Gerard cared for Ember and promised her that he would do everything in his power to keep her safe... But then he learned of the birth of his son, Leon.
He left Ember to care for the child, alone.

Six years later it was starting to become apparent that Leon was gifted, just like his parents. Leon had the ability to control fire, just like his father.
As he got older Leon began to act just like his father, he was hot headed with a horrible temper.

By the age of ten he had already burned down two horse stables and destroyed an entire corn field. His neighbors were scared of him and insisted that he be thrown out of the village, but his mother refused.

Leon was allowed to stay in the village, as long as his mother kept an eye on him... He was twelve when his mother died...

She had been killed in a fire... A fire started by the anger of her son.
Leon left the village three days later...

He's seventeen now, and lives alone in a stone house, far from even the furthest reaches of society.
