You sighed as you typed away on your laptop, trying to finish up an essay for school. You were a pretty smart student, well, that was because you would pay more attention to school than friends, boyfriends, and all that stuff. There were occasional things you would do on the weekends, so you wouldn't have trapped yourself in your room most of the time.

"Done." You said in relief, a small smile coming onto your face as you stood up and stretched, letting out a yawn. "It's good to get it done before it's too late." You reminded yourself, saving your work and closing your laptop.

You walked over to your door, opening it and walking put of your room. You smelt something amazing, it was probably your mother cooking something delicious. It seemed as it was a meat, probably with potatoes and veggies.

You walked down the stairs and to the kitchen. "Hey mum, what're you cooking up for supper tonight?" You asked, leaning against the counter as you watched you mother cook.

"Well, your father is grilling chicken, and I'm making mashed potatoes, along with veggies, such as broccoli, carrots, and a choice of corn." She replied back, still cooking the said things.

"Mmm.. Sounds really good. Is it almost done?" You had asked, earning a nod from your mother. "Okay, just tell me when it's done, I'll be in the living room watching TV." You said walking off to the said room.

You turned on the TV and it was on the news. You were interested, since you liked mysteries, and thriller things like that. You sat down on the couch, your eyes fixated on the news reporter.

"There's currently a big outbreak of murders, most of the deaths have been around (C/N). The estimated number of deaths is around 50 or 70. The most recent one is of a 15 year old. She had been taking a walk with her dog late at night, then neighbors around the area had heard screaming, when the police responded and got to the area, they found the girl dead, with the dogs leash still in hand, but the dog was gone." The reporter had explained.

Since you were intrigued in the report, you didn't hear your mother saying that dinner was ready. Your mother let out a small chuckle as she saw you watching the news, you were so interested in all of it. She walked into the living room over to the TV and turning it off.

You shook your head, blinking a couple of times before looking at you mother. "What, why'd you do that for?" You said in disappointment.

"Supper is ready (Y/N)." She hummed, walking back off into the kitchen.

You got up from the couch, and into the kitchen. A instant smile came onto your face as you smelt the delicious food. Your mother had shouted up the stairs to your two other siblings, you were the middle child, so which meant that you eldest sibling would criticize you, while the youngest one would follow you, everywhere.

Your brother, Jacob, was currently coming down the stairs. He was the big brother. He was nice at times, but like mentioned before, he criticized you a lot.

Next that came down the stairs, was the youngest of the 3 children in the home. Her name was Autumn. You thought that was a pretty name, and your little sister fitted the name well. Although she may be annoying with following you, but you still loved her to death.

You began to put your food on your plate. The chicken, potatoes, and decided to get corn instead of the veggies your mother had mentioned before.

You went to the dinning room and sat down at the table. You had put butter and salt on you mashed potatoes, and salt on the corn. You were starving and began to eat your food before anyone else had gotten to the table.

"Pig." Your brother had snorted, sitting down at the dinning room table.

You glared at him for calling you such a name. I mean, you were a decent size, but size doesn't matter but obviously it does to him. "How are you gonna get yourself a girlfriend if your gonna act like that." You retorted, huffing as you continued to eat.
