Babysitting

Y/N's POV:

"It's just a one little boy who we have to look after, nothing worse" I tried tell to my boyfriend, Justin who had planned for you two a picnic trip to the park. "It won't take long and after that we can go and have a picnic" He rolled his eyes and groaned: "Okay, fine. I'll come with you there"

So one of our neighbors had asked if I could babysit their 2-years-old son, Leo while she and her husband were in the trip to bring some new furnitures to their older daughter's home. And of course I had said yes. Good neighborly relations are rarely found so if you ever find one, don't ruin it.

We walked together in from off the Jeffrenson's house and knocked on the door. "Oh hey, Y/N and Justin" Mrs. Jeffrenson said and smiled. "Just on time, we're just leaving with Carl" We stepped inside and I looked around amazed how beautiful their house actually was. "Leo is in his room. His lunch time is 11am and dinner is 3pm. Milk is in the fridge and the cart is in the back yard.." Mrs. Jeffrenson said and I let out giggle. "We'll be fine, don't worry"

The front door closed finally and deep silence landed in the house. "Soo.. " Justin started look for a place to sit down. "I'll go check is Leo okay" I hurried to say and run upstairs. "O-okay, babe" Justin told and scrached back of his head. "Just call my name if you need me there"

My heart melted when I saw Leo laying in his little cot. "Hi, little cutie" I tickled him and made him giggle a bit. "Oh you like tickling" I smiled and tickled him more over his stomach. He was so cute.
I carried him downstairs and put him sit on his high chair and grabbed a bib to put it around his neck. He let out a little whimper when I turned my back for him: "Just a second, Leo. Your milk will be ready soon" I smiled for him and took his milk bottle out of the microwave oven. I gave him his milk bottle but he didn't seem to know how to keep it in his hands (or then he just wanted my attention even more) so I had to help him. He drank his milk proudly.

"So how's going?" Justin came to ask you two and made Leo giggle happily when he saw Justin's face. "Leo is seemly fine at least" I laughed and took him out of the high chair. "Do you wanna take him and carry him to his bed. It time for his nap" I asked. Justin nodded and took Leo on his arms. "C'mon, little buddy. Your little toy bunny is already calling you to the nap" he talked with Leo and made me smile.

Minutes later Justin came downstairs and hugged me behind. "Did he slept already?" I asked and turned to kiss tip of his nose. "Yup, he's sleeping like a top" he whispered back and grinned. I nodded and we went to watch some TV.

Hours later we were able to hear a quiet crying. "I'll pic-" "No, I'll go pick him up" Justin pushed me back to sit on the couch and ran upstairs. "What's wrong, Leo? Did you saw a bad dream. Aww, let me blow those bad dreams away" I heard Justin telling to him. Why he have to be so cute?

We sat on the table and Justin gave some puree to Leo who was sitting on his high chair. I just looked those two a big smile on my face. "What, Y/N?" Justin giggled when he noticed you gaze. "Nothing, you just look so cute when you do that. You're totally learned something" "What do you mean? Learned something?" he wrickled his eyebrows asking. "That you'll be a great dad to our kids one day" I said quickly and left the table. Justin just made that 'awww' sound and continued giving a food to his patient. "Here comes the plane brrr" Justin told while his lips made that vibrating effect. A happy giggling and hand clapping was only thing which I was able to hear around me. He'll totally be a really good dad one day yet.

It was almost 6:30pm when the Jeffrenson's came back home. Mrs. Jeffrenson came to hug me and ask if everything had went good. "Yes, Leo was like a little angel here" I smiled. "That's so good to hear" she nodded back and went to greet her little boy who was laying on the floor on his play mat.

She took her baby on her arms and kissed his cheek. "Mommy missed you so much but I know that you were in good hands here while we were gone, doesn't you" she talked to him and smiled for us.

"Did you got any baby fever?" Mrs. Jeffrenson teased and made us chuckle when we were just leaving back home. "Well, a bit but it won't be our time yet. We both want just graduate first and get a good job before starting a family" I said and Justin nodded too and put his arm over my shoulder. "Since that day you'll be always welcome here to babysit Leo. I'll start my job after 2 weeks and I haven't found any good kindergardens yet" she told and looked us askingly. "Of course, we can take him in our place since you'll find one. No problem" Justin said quickly before I was even able to open my mouth.

She nodded. "That's so great to hear. Thank you again for looking after Leo" she thanked and we said byes to each others. "Was it so bad?" I giggled while Justin opened our door. "No, I.. actually liked it" he mumbled shyly and made me smile a bit. "Aww.. did my boyfriend just get a baby fever?" I teased him and made him blush a bit. "No but I think I got a contagion to it"
