Chapter 5
Elin POV
Wow I had a huge headache! What did I do last night? I went into the kitchen, Toni and Jazz were sitting there with a huge grin on their face. "Hey babe, everything alright?" Was Toni screaming or was it just me? "My head..." I answered and Toni handed me a cup of coffee. "You had fun last night didn't you?" Jazz said. "Yeah I think so. Wait what did I do?" I was almost panicking. "Sure you wanna know?" Toni giggled. "Yeah, why not? can't be that bad." I doubt it. "What do you remember?" Jazz continued. "Well you had your date with George and then Toni got that text, you know what Justin did?" Jazz nodded and I saw Toni looking at her coffee, fighting back the tears. I still can't believe Justin did that to her. "So I took Toni with me to that party around the corner. And yeah." That was all I could remember. "And yeah? You kissed with every guy that passed you." Toni laughed.
"It can't be that bad!" I defended myself. "Seriously? You where that drunk that you didn't even pull away when that girl kissed you!" Toni screamed and I choked in my coffee. "What?! I kissed a girl?!" Well that was a shock!
"I didn't see that one coming." Jazz was surprised.
Me and Toni kept talking about what happened last night but Jazz didn't seem to listen anymore. I think she was texting George or something. But whatever it was, it was more interesting than our conversation.
Toni POV
"Yow Jazz what's up?" Elin screamed. It was like she brought her back down to earth. "Euh is it okay if George is coming over?" She asked.
I loved seeing that she finally found someone that she could actually trust and be happy with, but at this moment it was killing me. "Euh when?" I replied and she looked at the door. "Around now." She said and like it was some scary telepathy, someone knocked on the door, probably George.
She looked at me with her big brown eyes and pouted her lip. "Fine!" I sighed. I really didn't want to be around boys right now but I knew she really liked him so what kind of friend would I be if I said he couldn't come in.
She run to the door and gave him a big hug. Tears were welling up in my eyes by the thought of not doing this with Justin anymore. He sat next to Jazz and introduced himself.
I only saw him once or twice before and she had a good taste, he was really cute.
"So George, what are you doing here?" I snorted at him and immediately felt sorry. Jazz looked at me angrily. "Omg, no George, sorry I didn't mean it like that! I am Toni by the way and that's Elin." I said and he looked up with a shy smile.
"Well Jazz told me what happened and I thought that yeah maybe I could help or cheer you up or something." He said and a little smile appeared on my face. "No offence George, but how could you help with boy problems?" Elin asked.
"I might be a boy but I have a sister who has boy problems all the time and I know you just have to try to forget about it and have fun and you're in LA so I don't think having fun is a big problem." He replied and smiled at me. He was right, I have to forget about him even if it's hard because yeah, he broke my heart, but I'm in LA! I can't just sit here and cry my eyes out because of him.
"Yeah that could actually work." I said a little happier than before. "Okay what about going on a huge shopping spree and then tonight we could all hang out!" Jazz screamed and she was definitely exited. Gosh it was crazy how much that girl loved shopping! But I liked the Idea and I think Elin did too.
"Err I think I'm going to skip the shopping spree but when you're done you could come to my room for a movie night or something. My brother and sister will be there too." George said while he stood up. "Sounds great!" Elin replied with a smile on her face. "Okay my room at 8pm." He said and gave Jazz a kiss on her cheek. Aww they were so cute! He waved us goodbye before leaving our room.

Jazz POV
We went into the Brandy Melville where I saw a lot of cute things. Elin ran towards me with something in her hands. "Oh no! I am not going to wear a dress! You know how much I hate that!" I said. "C'mon Jazz, just try it on!" Toni begged. "No! I don't wear dresses! I have ugly legs!" I sigh. "Your legs are perfect now go on and try it on!" Toni screamed and as I am the sweet friend I am, I did what she said and tried the cute white dress on. I stepped out of the fitting room and Toni and Elin turned their heads to me, both with their mouths wide open. "Yeah I know it's bad but you could at least have acted like it was fine." I sighed. "No Jazz! You look..." Toni couldn't find the right words. "Stunning!" Elin finished the sentence for her. I looked at them while rolling my eyes. "Now for serious, Jazz, it fits you perfectly!" Toni responded. "You know what?" Elin began, oh no Elin and her ideas. "You should wear it on your next date with George." And just when I thought she wouldn't add something ridiculous... "He would immediately jump in bed with you!" She said and Toni punched her in the stomach. "Auch! What? It's just the truth!" She mumbled. "C'mon just buy it!" They begged me and I took a risk.
I also bought some matching new Louboutins and some new jeans and tops.
After an exhausting day off shopping we were back in the hotel. George invited us at 8pm and it was now 6.30pm so we had time enough to take a shower and chance in somewhat more comfortable clothes. We had already eaten a pizza so we didn't have to worry about food. After I took a shower I changes into a black skinny jeans with an oversized sweater, just like Elin and Toni. Elin was wearing a white boy sweater, Toni was wearing my sweater with I’d rather be sleeping up on and I was wearing my favorite one with sweater weather is better weather up on. I had done my make-up and when we were all ready we saw that it was almost time so we left our room and went to George's. I was so excited! What was that boy doing to me? I really wanted to meet his brother and sister and I hoped Toni would make some fun tonight, with all that happened lately.
I knocked on his door and a few seconds later he opened it and gave us all a big hug. "Right on time ladies!" He smirked and let us in. "So what are we going to do I asked after we introduced ourselves to Harriet and Will. "What about watching a movie?" Harriet suggested. "Yes!!!! Please let's watch a horror movie?" George squealed and I liked the idea! I saw Elin and Toni looking at each other. Yeah...they didn't really like horror.
"Euh if that's what you really want." Toni sighed and George jumped up and down like a little kid. Aww I loved how childish he was. "Okay horror it is then!" Will said and we all settled down on the sofa, me snuggling as close as possible to George. "You don't have to be scared OK? I'm here and I'll protect you." He whispered in my ear while pulling me closer to him.
We saw paranormal activity , my favorite, I think I watched it over a 100 times so no, I don't think it was really scary but if acting like I was terrified would mean I could snuggle closer to George then with all of my pleasure.
"OK, I'm done, can we please do something else?" Elin asked after 30 minutes, I knew she was scared and it kind of made me laugh. "Oh oh oh! Let's play truth or dare!" I screamed exited. And they all seemed to like the idea so we sat in a circle and started playing. "So George truth... or dare? Harriet asked with a smirk on her face. "Dare?" He replied but made it sound like a question. "I dare you to kiss Jazz and like a real kiss!" And both or cheeks turned red. He looked at me with a shy smile and I could feel my heartbeat getting louder. I can't believe I am actually going to kiss him. He came closer and we both closed our eyes as he leaned in but suddenly he stopped and turned away.
"I'm sorry but I'm not going to do this." He said while looking down and I felt tears welling up in my eyes. I can't believe I was so stupid to actually think that a guy like him, would like a girl like me. I couldn't keep it anymore and run through the door up to my room.
I heard footsteps behind me but I kept running. Suddenly someone grabbed my wrist to stop me and turn to face him, it obviously was George. Hey, what's wrong?" He asked worried.
"George please leave it, it's nothing!" I answered and tried to get away from him.
"No it's not nothing! Okay please tell me what I did wrong?" He said while pulling me back.
"George YOU didn't do anything wrong! It was me! I was stupid OK! I actually thought that I would have a chance with you! That you could actually like me, but I know better now. It was all me, I was stupid and..." And before I could finish my sentence, his lips crashed on mine. Our lips moved together like they were made for each other. He took my face in his hands and the butterflies in my stomach fluttered. My hands laid on his shoulders and I moved one to his hair, playing with it. He smiled into the kiss and we both pulled away breathless. "Wow, you know I wanted to do this ever since I met you at the pool." He said while looking straight in my eyes.
"George can I ask you something?" I had to know this. "Yeah, sure." He said. "Why didn't you want to kiss me earlier? And why did you kiss me her, right now. Was it because everyone would see us kissing or.." He answered before I could go on. "Jazz, I just didn't want our first kiss to be for a stupid game. I like you and I wanted it to be special. I wanted to make sure you liked me too and not just because Harriet or anyone else wanted us to kiss." And he gave me big hug.
He makes me happy and smile, and at this moment the only thing I was sure about is that I didn't want this moment to end. That, and that I was falling in love with a boy named George Paul Shelley and that there was nothing I could do to stop it.
