We have been driving for hours and making conversation with Antonio was impossible. He would just grunt or make some stupid remark. He was really irritating when it comes down to it. His black eyes either show no emotion or would look at me with annoyance.

"So... Where are we going?" I looked sideways at him. Were passing through fields of green and puddles of water. It smells of after-rain and wilderness. I wasn't sure if we were even in North Carolina anymore.

He sighed loudly. He turned his head and gave me his whole attention. His lips were pressed into a straight line and his eyes were narrowed and cold. See! He's being a little dramatic brat because i'm trying to talk, so it's not so awkward.

"I have one question." He started. he turned his attention back to the road and I could see his knuckles turn white because he was gripping the steering wheel so tight.

"Shoot." I got out my bag of chips that we ended up getting from walgreens when we got my pain medication. I opened up the bag and grabbed a chip and started chewing on it slowly.

He narrowed his eyes at me. "Are you always this annoying? Because if I knew that before..."

"You'll what?" I wasn't trying to challenge him but I was honestly interested in what he'll do.

he grunted. I stared at him. That's it? So much for being the big italiano mafia boogy man. I rolled my eyes and stared out the window.

"Are you going to answer my question?" The one where I asked where were going.

"No" was his only reply. His deep voice causing butterflies to flutter in my stomach.

I looked at him from the corner of my eyes. He turned back to the road and his jaw was clenched. I really have to stop pushing his buttons. I know one day he'll snap and hurt me seriously. But I couldn't stop the questions from coming out of my mouth. I was scared because just being near him alone was making my heart beat in my chest from fear. I have to keep reminding myself that rumors come from somewhere.

"By the way how did you find me? How did you know I was going to North Carolina?" Well that's a dumb ass question. It was because Hank was stalking me and probably told them where I was going.

"We followed you all the way there." He said. did this bi-. I sighed looking out the window. He just went right for it. He didn't even try to come up with some excuse. Its funny how straightforward he is.

"Why didn't you stop me while I was at the airport?" I challenged. It would have saved me a bunch of time. And a ear popping plane ride.

"Where's the fun in that?" He winked at me. I just took a deep breath and rolled my eyes.

he sighed and reached for the radio. I saw him fiddle with the buttons and volume. He decided on this really old song that made me want to crinkle my nose. I tried listening to it and tried to get into it but it was repeating the same words and the beat wasn't even good to where I could bob my head along with it.

I looked at him with my nose crinkled. He noticed me staring.

"What?" He's trying to act all innocent.

"What is this?" I pointed to the stereo. I crossed my arms and raised my eyebrows.

"Ugh! you're not one of those, are you?" He growled.

"One of- Did you just.." I stared at him. And he had the nerve to stare back. "What am I?" I raised my eyebrows and leaned against the car door, giving him my full attention. I hate! when people are like 'Ohh, please tell me you're not like that, or you're not one of those, are you?' I can't stand that! Like bitch what am I? Ill tell you what the fuck you are! You judgemental bitch. Troy thinks I over react to most things. It's just that I have a short temper.
