Chapter 2~
I peeled my eyes open. I didn't want to wake up, I had been so tired lately, even if I got more than enough sleep. I yawned and stretched out my arms.
"Good morning, babe." A husky voice greeted next to me. A little squeal escaped my mouth. What. The. Hell. I felt my heart rate pick up as I turned over to see a shirtless Luke Obenham. Wait. Shirtless?
"Luke what the hell!" I exclaimed.
"What?" He asked innocently. God, he looked so cute right now. His hair was slightly messy, you could tell he was still groggy, and his voice was sleepy. The blanket laid loosely around his waist, showing off his chiseled chest and washboard abs.
"Why are we in the same bed?" I asked, my face flaming up.
"Because you fell asleep on the roof last night and I carried you to bed. You looked cold so I just put you in the bed with me." He smirked at the last part. I wanted to punch him. He was being a pig.
"I was gonna sleep on the floor anyways, I would have been fine! And where's your shirt?" I asked next. He lifted up a finger and pointed at me. I was confused at first, but then I looked down. I was wearing Luke's black v-neck. I felt my cheeks turn crimson.
"Why?" I asked embarrassed and angry.
"You were cold, like I said. You were literally shaking." He shrugged and ran a hand through his already messy hair. "I didn't want to go through your closet to find a blanket so I thought it the next best thing." I knew I wasn't shaking because I was cold. I was having a nightmare. Again. I've had them ever since Lana left. I couldn't get them to go away, and nobody knew about them.
"Thanks." I mumbled. I fiddled with my fingers uncomfortably.
"Anything for you, babe." He smirked. I gave him a hard glare.
"We aren't dating, so don't call me babe!" I rolled my eyes at him.
"So that's a no on morning sex?" He asked nonchalantly.
"Luke!" I yelled. He flashed a smile that made my heart melt.
"You know you really want to." Luke winked.
"Stop being a pig." I rolled my eyes.
"I didn't hear a no." He smirked.
"I didn't say yes either." I huffed.
"Are you sure?" He asked softly, I felt his hand try to slip under my shirt. Butterflies exploded in my stomach. "Maybe we could-"
"Maybe you should stop." I said, probably too quickly, and stood up. Luke chuckled at me. His eye was all bruised and his lip looked a little better, but he still looked cute. It worked with his image, so to say. Luke stood up and stretched out his arms before walking towards me.
"Abby.." He trailed off and smiled, walking even closer. I backed up some, but he still came closer. I hit against the wall, and he slid his arms around my waist, pressing our bodies together. He leaned down and his breath hit against my neck. It made my skin feel like it was on fire.
"Abby." He whispered. His voice was rich, and husky. It sent shivers down my spine. I put my hands against his chest and tried to push him off, but he's way taller and stronger than me. A smile crept onto his lips when he realized the position he had me in. He had put me into a trance. My hands laid on his muscular chest. His lips skimmed against my jawline and one of his hands slid a littler lower down my waist. I glanced up into his blue eyes. They were filled with mischief and amusement, but they put me into more of a trance. Everything around us seemed to slow down some. I closed my eyes and tried to focus. My heart was beating against my chest.
