"Josephine Marie Durand."
My mother proclaimed. It was the seventh time I forgot to pack my bag.
"We don't have servants in this house!"
She shrieked. I rolled my eyes at her.
"What about Humphrey?"
"He's the butler, and anyways, you don't require him to pack a bag, sweetheart."
Flipping open my bag, I noticed the many compartment areas.
"I'm going for a week. Not a month, mother."
She sighed, slamming open the closet doors of my room.
"Stop asking questions, start packing."
As she walked out, I fell backwards onto my bed. Eventually I stood up and began to roam through my cupboards. Grabbing a couple of sweaters and dresses, I dumped them into the bag.
Knee socks were essentials. Mother usually made me wear kitten heels because apparently it was 'more my age'. After packing my things, I sat on my window sill.
I cautiously checked my surroundings before turning behind and slowly bending a small wooden plank then swiftly taking out my diary from inside the wall. I hid it behind there because my mother would obviously find it anywhere else. She always has to know who I'm with and what I'm doing.
Going through the pages, I came to today.

Dear diary,
It has been tiring dealing with Mother. From her constant nagging, to her tremendous expectations. I spent the whole day in my room, trying to admire it and remember it before I go to Luca's home. I hate Luca. He is such a narcissistic lunatic, he treats life as a joke, and believes that the whole world revolves around him, when it doesn't. He lives in a huge house, with a complete set of fifteen working staff for only him! He has a servant for everything. Mother wants me to stay with him while her and Father fly to New York. I have no clue why they didn't take me. Well, I'll be spending a week at the Malkov Household. His parents are lovely people, but rarely around. I've known Luca ever since he was little, the last time I saw him was on his 5th birthday. We don't spend much time together. We don't like each other.

I stuffed my diary into my bag. I'm defiantly reporting everything that happens with Luca in it. We shall be stuck in that house, twenty four seven. We shall have to see each other, interact with each other, eat with each other. I might gag.
"Josephine!"
I heard from downstairs. I ran down. Mother was on the floor, gasping. Father was covered in sweat.
"Jo, I'm sorry."
