(AN: In this one shot, they know about each other's identities, but are not dating.)
"You need to stop doing all these things lately!"
"What things?"  Chat Noir asked the love of his life standing in front of him.  Her face matched the color of her costume, and the redness wasn't from embarrassment.
"Everything!  You've been too careless lately and I don't know what has gotten into you!  You almost got our identities revealed.  Twice. In the past week.  You almost got us killed a countless number of times.  In the past week.  Is something wrong?"
"No!  Nothing's wrong, my game's just been off," Chat Noir said, and he was being honest.  He didn't know what was causing him to keep slipping up and making things worse.  But he definitely wasn't doing anything right, no matter how hard he tried.
"You know what? Whatever.  I can't do this anymore.  I never signed up for this in the first place.  It's too much, and now without you, I'm risking my life so much more than we have before.  I just need to focus on school," she said, transforming back into Marientte and storming off.
  "Marinette..."
  But she was already gone.

"You know, you could teach him a lesson.  And I could help you.."
"What?  Who's there?  What is this about?" Marinette asked, looking around.
"It's me.  This is about Chat Noir, or should I say Adrien?"  A girl stepped out from the shadows and put a hand on Marinette's back and she flinched and turned around to face the mystery girl.
  "I-I don't know what you're taking about."
"Of course you do," she laughed, "I'm Abigal, but you can call me Angelfish," she winked.
  Marinette started blankly at her.
"Don't worry, you know my secret, I know yours.  You can trust me.  After all, Adrien did."
  "Adrien?"
"Yeah!  He's the one who told me your secret, and his.  Who else would it have been?" She lied, and giggled.
  "He did?"
  Abigal nodded.
"He told this stranger our secrets without even asking me if it was okay, and after he did tell her, he never even told me after." Marinette thought to herself.
"Wanna teach him a little lesson?"
  "What's the lesson?"
"I don't know, just something to make sure he doesn't mess up again?"
  "Will you hurt him?"
"Of course not!  He's our friend right?"
"Okay," she said not completely trusting her.  But if Adrien did, she should too.

  "Are you sure?"
"Yes Marinette!  It's okay," Abigal giggled.  They were both in their costumes now, and Abigal's was a bright blue and yellow stripes suit with a mask designed like a snorkel.
  "Okay.  What do I do?"
  "Follow my lead."
"Okay," she took a deep breath, still not sure if she trusted this girl or not.
Adrien wasn't in his costume, since he didn't know anything was up and he was sitting in his room on the couch.  Abigal and Marinette were outside his window, hidden from his view.
"Plagg is sleeping over there, so he won't be able to transform."
"How exactly is this gonna teach him to stop screwing up?"
"You'll see.  I'll be right back. Stay here. "
Abigal went up the side of the house, and when she was out of sight, Marinette lightly knocked on his window.  Adrien's eyes widened and he ran over and opened it.
  "Marinette?  Is something wrong?"
She nodded, "I'll explain later.  Transform and be ready for something."
"Okay..," he said and he woke up Plagg, who wasn't too happy about the fact that his nap was over, and transformed into Chat Noir.
At that moment Abigal flew into the room, breaking the window.
"Marinette?  Are you helping him?  I told you to stay put!"
"Don't talk to my lady like that."
  Marinette rolled her eyes.
"I'll talk to her however I want to talk to her, Adrien."
"How do you know my-," he looked at Marinette and raised an eyebrow.
"She told me you told her, and about me too."
"I've never even seen this girl before!"
  "SHUT UP!" Abigal interrupted.
  "Or what?"
"Or this!"  Abigal pointed a finger at her and a laser flew out of it, and hit Marinette in the arm, and she pointed another one at her that hit her in the leg and before she knew it, Marinette was on the floor.
"Marinette!" Adrien flew to her side.
  "No!  Defeat her!"
  "I thought you said I-"
"I'm sorry.  Let me explain later.  Get rid of her."

And so he did.  Adrien defeated Abigal, and all Ladybug had to do was free the akuma.
"Why-why was I so weak?" She said after her last spot left her earrings and she transformed back into Marinette.
"Why did that happen, is the real question."
"Well," Marinette said sitting up.  Adrien took her into his arms.  "After I left this morning, she came and told me that she knew my secret and yours because you told her and you guys were friends.  Then, she told me she could help me with a little joke to make sure you didn't mess up again, and she promised she wouldn't hurt you, and I thought you guys were friends so I tried to trust her but I still didn't feel right about it, so I came to tell you.  And about this morning, I'm really sorry.  I didn't know what came over me.  I couldn't do any of this without you.  I-I love you."
Adrien smiled and leaned in and kissed her.  Then he pulled away, confused.
  "I have one more question."
  "Which is?"
"You know how whenever we free the akuma and save the world, the person goes back to normal?  Where is that girl?"
Marinette and Adrien looked around, but saw no sign of anything.
"The window.  It's still broken.  Usually everything goes back to normal," Marinette said.
