"Excuse me, do you know where we can find Gladys she's, supposed to give us a tour of the camp." I asked a a girl.
"I would skip the tour, unless you would like to hear a middle-aged woman cry about the boyfriend she never had."
"Yeah , I'll skip the tour."
"Great decision."
" I'm Hannah, and this is my sister Katelyn." I Introduced us.
"I'm Zuri. Welcome to Camp Kikiwaka."
" Thanks."
"Hey, do you want to go have a canoe race? Don't worry, some of the canoes actually float."
" I'm in. Last one in the lake is a rotten egg."
"That's ironic ,because that's exactly what the lake smells like!"
I sniffed the air, and realized that I would have a great time this summer.
"Ok, fine just leave me here. I'm going to go check in. Have fun racing your canoes!"Katelyn shouted shortly after Zuri and I left.
We returned as wet as water itself. We had such a fun time at the lake,we totally forgot about how wet we were. Katelyn and I were put in woodchuck cabin. It was a lot of people, and not that many bunks, so Gladys just moved two cots into the cabin for us to sleep on. It was going to be a fun summer.
