luke walked in to his class late. of course it was because he took a smoke in the bathroom. he walked in and the teacher immediately called him out for it.

he looked around the room and his eyes quickly landed on a boy. he was wearing a skirt and pink sweater. he had beautiful green eyes and luke liked what he saw.

the boy blushed once he noticed luke saw him which made luke mentally aw. he plopped down next to him and they had a conversation which ended in luke giving the boy his phone number.

once class ended he walked over to his locker and noticed a boy walking over to him. "im
ashton." the boy laughed and stuck his hand out for luke to shake.

luke felt relieved to notice another boy with tattoos and piercings and an obvious drug habbit. luke shook his hand and smirked. "luke."

luke and ashton became quite close. especially in one day. they had the rest of their classes together and they sat together at lunch.

they made tons of jokes the entire day and luke was finally happy to finally have someone who understood him the way that ashton did.

luke couldn't help but stare down the beautiful boy he had claimed his. "earth to luke" ashton suddenly said realizing who he was staring at and letting out a laugh.

"michael?" ashton laughed.

"what's wrong with him?" luke asked confused on why ashton was laughing.

"he's so tiny and innocent and he never does anything wrong." ashton explained how different he was from luke.

luke always got in trouble. he was kicked out of a few schools and always got in trouble with teachers or suspended. he didn't know why, but he did.

"i think he's cute. he's like a little kitten." luke smiled and bit his lip.

"i think he has a boyfriend." ashton told luke and his heart dropped.

he didn't know why. he didn't like boys. he was straight and he couldn't let any boy change that.

"who?" luke suddenly asked and payed a bit more attention to michael noticing a boys arm around his waist.

"his name is calum hood." ashton said and luke knew he had competition.

he wanted to look good for the boy. he craved for the boy to like him. he needed to show the boy what feeling loved would be like. he needed to-

"so you're gay?" ashton suddenly asked which interrupted luke's thoughts.

"n-no" luke stuttered out his mind creating more thoughts.

ashton laughed. "so am i."

luke shrugged. "my parents wouldn't accept me"

"fuck luke, you're almost 18. you can move out and live on your own and their opinions wont matter. or you can even get an apartment with michael." he wiggled his eyebrows and nudged luke.

"i really want to go talk to him." luke suddenly admitted and ashton pushed him gently towards michael's table.

"hi kitten." luke slipped out as soon as he saw him forgetting the fact his boyfriend was right there next to him.

"h-hi lukey." michael whispered.

"it's nice to meet you. i hear you're dating michael." luke mumbled out to the boy sitting next to him.

"me dating michael?" calum suddenly let a laugh. "he's my best friend." he said.

luke suddenly felt a weight being lifted off his shoulders. "michael can we go talk in the hallway really quick?" luke asked and he nodded.

the two boys walked out into the hallway and luke admired his features. "y-yes?" michael stuttered out.

"i was wondering if you could come over to my house after school to help me get caught up on school work?" luke asked knowing that was a good excuse to see the boy.

"o-of course. b-but i h-have to tell my m-mommy." michael stuttered out adorably.

luke was happy.
