* Lexi's P.O.V *
I stumbled down the stairs and made my way back into the kitchen. Harry didn't get back until three o'clock in the morning and now he's whinging of a bad headache. He really needs to learn that if he's going to stay out drinking all night, come home at three in the morning then pass out on his bed that there will be consequences.
''Lexi, please can you make me a glass of water?'' Harry asked as he sat on the sofa with his head in his hands.
''Do it yourself, you've got legs.'' I stated bluntly, he shot me a deadly glare before standing up and purposely shoving me with his shoulder causing me to fall onto the sofa. What a dick!
I curled myself up into a little ball on the sofa and sighed to myself. When will things change? I mean my life hasn't been at it's best lately, well it's never been easy who's has but I guess I need to just fake a smile and move on. I heard the front door open causing me to jump off the osfa to investigate. I headed for the hallway, it's probably Louis. As I reached the hallway my eyes met the familiar brown haired boy, his bright blue eyes stood out from his tanned cheek bones.
''T-trent?...'' I stammered, I couldn't believe it.
''Lex?'' His familiar british accent echoed in my ears, I jolted towards the tall boy and wrapped my arms around his waist causing him to stumble back abit. A little chuckle escaped his lips causing his chest to vibrate against my ear. A wiff of one million invaded in my nose causing a small smile tug on the side of my lips.
''Lexi who was at the door-'' Harry froze as his eyes met Trent's. A weird expression played on his face in confusion. ''Trent?''.
''Um, yeah... what are you doing here?'' Trent spoke up as he removed the bag from his back and dropped it by his feet. Harry just stood there in front of us, he was deep in thought.
''Umm, Harry's dad and mum are kind of like dating so mum thought it would be a good idea if he stayed whilst they were away...'' I trailed off as I turned away from Harry towards Trent. Trent nodded a little in understanding as his eyes moved away from mine, towards Harry.
''Oh I see.'' Trent sighed as he rubbed his chin, ''So Harry, have you been keeping a close eye on this one?'' He carried on as he ruffled my brown locks. Harry and Trent never really got on at school. Trent was the A* pupil, captain of the football time and quite popular around the school, Whereas Harry ,the school's player, he literally could have any girl he wants, whenever he was at school he was always getting shouted at for fighting, being cheeky or in general just being a douche. Unlike most of the girls at school I was taught to keep away from people like him. The dangerous type of people. Well that was up until now...
''Yeah... she was no bother really'' Harry finally spoke up causing me to leave my thoughts and face him. No bother? Really? Jeez Harry you really need to come back into reality right now. At this very moment I just wanted to turn towards Trent and tell him everything that Harry has done to me but I just couldn't. I knew that Trent would completely flip, even though Harry is a good fighter, Trent is probably the same if not better than him. I dreaded to think how it would end.
''Oh that's good to hear for a change, she's usually a little shit aren't you'' Trent smiled at me showing his perfect white teeth.
''No I'm not!'' I exclaimed with a smirk on my face. Trent and Harry laughed as we made our was into the living room.
''Anyway where are the other two musketeers?'' Trent nudged me with his elbow. I knew straight away who he was talking about, Jess and Josh... Tears immediately pricked my eyes as I opened my mouth to speak but no words would come out. Nothing would come out.
''Um, Josh... he um passed away a few weeks ago'' Harry spoke up, he must've known that I couldn't say anything. For a few moments the room remained silent. Trent wrapped his arms around me as tears escaped my eyes and rolled down my cheeks.
''I'm so sorry Lex, I-I didn't know'' He mumbled into my shoulder.
''It's okay, how were you to know I mean you're never here, no one ever is'' I sighed. Shit that sounded less bitchy in my head.
''I know Lex I'm sorry but at least I get to spend the rest of this week with you'' Trent chirped as if it was the best thing in the world.
''What you're only staying for three days?!'' I jumped up off the sofa and stood in front of him.
''Well yeah my flight leaves early hours on Monday and Callie will be expecting me, why?'' Trent looked shocked at my sudden action.
''So you waltz in here all happy, tell me that you're leaving in three days because you're girlfriend will be expecting you!'' I tutted and began to walk away.
''Lex, stop being childish at least I came to see you all together. I mean you seem pretty cosy here on your own with him'' Trent pointed at the 'innocent' curly haired boy. Harry just stayed quite as me and Trent argued.
''Well if you don't want to be here turn around and go and see your precious girlfriend. Good bye!'' I screamed before storming off upstairs. I must've been laid on my bed crying for about half an hour when I heard the door slam, moments later a little knock came from the other side of my bedroom door...
