["I never had confidence."]

You picked up your telephone.

"[F.Name]! What is up with your grades! They are going lower and lower every time when it's Report Card day! What have you done this time! Are you even-" You hung up.

On your father.

"Gomen, Otousan. Forgive me of my actions." You told yourself.

You wanted to tell this to your father so badly...

But he wouldn't understand.

You stood by the door, listening to your mother and father argue.

"Why can't you understand that [F.Name] is not ready for this type of life?!" Your mother yelled.

"Miya! You shouldn't be blinded by your child's happiness! This is what parents turn into if your child doesn't start learning!" Your father yelled.

"Hino... Are you saying our child is..."

"Yes Miya! Our child is the reason why my company is falling! You and your 'happiness', you and your 'teachings'!"

"Hino..."

"Just because you gave birth to her, I started losing money!"

"Hino, are you saying that you care about the company more than our child?"

You were playing with a stray cat in the hall.

The cat was fat and yellow, with green eyes. It wasn't scared of you, since you sometimes fed leftovers to it after meals. You were on the floor, waiting for your mother to come back from the grocery store, since she promised to teach you how to cook Hamburgers for dinner.

It was already dark outside, as you looked out the window with the fat cat in your arms. The cat freed himself out of your embrace, then quickly wandered off into the halls of the house. You could get into trouble if the cat destroyed something, so you decided to follow it.

The cat looked like it wanted to lead you to something important. When you noticed it was about to go into your father's office, you started panicking.

"No no! Kitty please don't go in there! Otousan will get really angry!" You said.

The cat obviously didn't listen, but sent back a glance to you, hoping you would follow. You decided to quickly try and grab it, but you failed. The cat continued it's adventure into your father's office.
