The train screeched to a stop at the Central City Station Platform and Aurora practically ran across it into her friend Caitlin's arms. Aurora had told Caitlin she was coming earlier and her friend was determined to be present for her arrival. They smiled and hugged and exchanged 'hello's and 'how have you been? good!'s when Caitlin turned to another girl standing next to her that she hadn't seen at first glance.
"Aurora, this is Mackenzie. Mackenzie, this is my friend Aurora" Caitlin smiled
"It's nice to meet you!" Mackenzie smiled as she shook Aurora's hand firmly. She had pretty shoulder length brown hair and the most gorgeous Australian accent.
"It's lovely to meet you too! I've heard lots about you" Aurora smiled, and she wasn't lying. Caitlin would not shut up about her prodigy friend Mack, it was adorable quite honestly.
"Ditto" Mackenzie replied, her sunny smile never leaving her face.

"Well let's take your stuff to my place and then I'll show you around Central City" Caitlin grinned
The girls headed to Caitlin's and dropped off Aurora's stuff before heading to a coffee shop. The barista, none other than Iris West, smiled at the girls.
"Cait! Mack! Who's your friend?" Iris asked
"I'm Aurora, nice to meet you" Aurora smiled, sticking out her hand. Iris shook it.
"Iris, the pleasure's all mine" She winked, "So what can I get you ladies today?"
"Caramel Latte" Hummed Mack
"Sugar-free vanilla frappe" Caitlin chirped, "And for you?"
"Um, what's that... The Flash sounds good?" Aurora replied
Caitlin and Mack smirked at each other as Iris rung the girls up. Mack payed, insisting it was her welcome to Aurora to the grand and mighty Central City.
After coffee and talking for awhile, Aurora insisted she get the lab results back to Felicity's friend, insisting they had a lot to discuss based on the findings. So the girls stopped home and grabbed what they needed before heading to the CCPD. Caitlin and Mack led them up to the forensics lab, walking through the department like they knew it by heart, they never once got stopped or questioned.
"Do you know this guy?" Aurora asked as they approached the lab
"Friend of ours. More than a friend to Miss Carter over here" Caitlin winked and Mack rolled her eyes as Caitlin held the door open for them.
"Mack? Hi! What's up? What brings you here?" The boy stood up, smiling like crazy at the sight of Mack. Aurora thought it cute.
"Caitlin" Mackenzie shrugged as she sat on the boy's desk.
