It was Monday morning and I got dressed and headed for school. I sat at the table with the rest of my friends. Jonathan sat next to me.
"Hey bro, he said to me.
"Hey Jon".
He looked kind of down today.
"Jon you okay" I said gently.
"No my girlfriend broke up with me" he said.
The bell rang
"I'm sorry to hear that" I put my hand on his shoulder.
"It's okay she was kind of a bitch anyway"he said .
I laughed
We went our separate ways to 1st period.
We didn't see each other until 4th period.
