LJs pov

"Peter? Why the hell didn't you tell me earlier?" I ask

"Because I thought you would have figured it out." He says kind of angry

"How I haven't seen you in years. You look..." I stop myself

"I look what. Hot?" He says but with a smirk

"Well I mean yeah but your about 2 years older then the last time I saw you so that's where is was going." I say trying to look away

"Ok sure we'll then you look hot but your 2years older so yeah." He says coping me

"Ok well I'm to head home. I guess I'll see you tomorrow." I say about to head out.

"Well I haven't really left the hotel so can I go with you?" He asks with these cute eyes.

"Ok fine but I'm warning you my brother is a questionable person." I say but by the way he opens the door and grabbed my hand didn't seem like he cared.

We get to my car and once I get to my house I look at him again and ask him if he's sure. He nods his head and hops out of my car.

I get to the door and open it and then I see someone on the couch.

"Hello?" I ask

"Hey LJ it's pitch black hit the lights." The person says

I turn the lights on and it was Sam. "Oh Sam hey."

"Who's this!" She asks and I almost forgot he was here

"Oh this is Peter King" I say and he face got really excited

"By what you face is showing I guess you've had my dads pizza." He says and she just gets up and hugs him.

"Sam let go let go." I pull Sam off him.

I hear foot steps come into the living room and it was Ethan and Josh.

"Oh hey josh and....Ethan." I say with a pause, "this is Peter King."

Peter leans in to shake their hands.

"So i guess your 'pizza for a king' owners kid?" Josh ask

"Yeah. I guess your the brother?" He says and Josh makes a face.

"Yeah I'm her older brother." Josh says trying to make five minutes sound older.

"So ok I guess I'll take you upstairs." I say and take him to the bonus room.

Once I get up the Sam asks m to come down.

"What?" I ask

"So is that the Peter from sophomore year New Years?" She asks and I was surprised she remembered.

"Um... Yeah. Is that it!" I say

"Ok what's up why are you acting weird?" She asked

"I'm not. I'm just happy to see an old friend." I say and I feel my face become red.

"LJ you don't?" She says sounding disappointed

"Don't what?" I ask

"You like him don't you?" She asks and I feel my stomach become a knot.

"Sam I I have been talking to him nonstop for 3 days. I like him but I don't know." I say

"I don't mean friends I mean you would date him and let Ethan watch." She says

"Stop! I'll tell Ethan when I damn feel right about it. I have a month left and then I'm heading to college." I say

"So then mr. Pizza boy is out the picture?" She asks

"Well not exactly he goes to anders university as well. It's not fat but it a lot farther then where Egan is going." I say

"Where is he going?" She asks

"Michigan State. It's where his dad went." I say felling agitated

"Oh.. Well at least us four will still be close." She says trying hard

"Yeah I guess I can replace Ethan with Peter." I say

"LJ shut up. You know he cares about you." She says

"No he cared about the girl that let him touch her all the time. Since the hospital I kind of wish I lost those memories because I thought about him and what would happen to us. Now I don't give a damn." I say angry

"LJ come on don't be dramatic." She says

"Being dramatic I should t be tied down when I may have only a few years until I die.." I say and her face gets scared, "oh we Josh didn't tell you. Yeah my doctor told me that my cancer is get really bad and I could die if one more little slip." I say and I can see tears forming in her eyes.

I grab her and hug her. "Hey don't cry. We all know this was coming some just be calm ok I'm going to be ok." I mov away from her and look in her eye, " ok?" She nods her head I hug her again.

I head upstairs and I see Peter in the chair with his face in his hands.

"Peter what's wrong?" I ask scared

"You didn't tell me." He day and I look confused," that you have cancer."

"Oh um well yeah the first time I met you I had cancer. I was extremely upset because I was unhappy and scared about it." I say

"How long have you had if I can ask." He says

"Since I was born. It gone and come back. Nothing for you to worry about." I say a give him a smile.

"Hey do you want to go back to the hotel just us." He asks

"Yeah sure I'm yeah sure let me go grab something real quick." I head to my room and grab some extra closes

I walk out and find Peter and I tell Sam where in going so she can tell Josh. We get to the hotel and we head up to his room.

"So what do you want to do?" I ask and he gives me a little smirk.

"I'm joking. But I want to tell you something." He says

"What's up " I say and sit on his bed.

"Well since the first night I met you I haven't really forgot about you. I thought maybe we could go out some time?"  He says and I just laugh

"I guess I was kind of out of league." He says sounding sad

"No i mean yes I would love to but I thought that you knew that." I say and give him a smile

He moves in and kisses me.
