Chapter 1 (Natsu)

"Hey Natsu what about this job?" Lucy asked. She pointed at one. I looked at it. It was worth 10,000 jewel. But it was about helping rebuild a village. If anything I would just make it worse. "Nah try another one Luce," I said. Happy grumbled a bit. "Fine but its gonna be the next one or nothing kay?" She ordered. I shrugged my shoulders. "Let's see what about this one," she asked pointing at one. I looked at it. It smelled kind of funky. Worth 20,500 jewel and fighting off a bunch of forest monsters. This is perfect for me! "Sure Luce let's go burn some monsters," I grinned. She looked at me weirdly. "Natsu can't you read this is a job request for digging tunnels," she said annoyed. I looked at it again. Nope still killing off a bunch of monsters. "Luce I think you need glasses," I said confused. "What are you guys fighting about?" Wendy came over. "Look what does this job request say?" Lucy asked. Wendy looked at it and her eyes brightened. "Lucy can I have this job request. I don't think Natsu would like it. He isn't good on boats you know," Wendy said. "That's not what it says," Lucy and I both said at the same time. I took the paper over to Grey. "Hey popsicle what do you see in this paper?" I asked. He looked miffed but looked any whey. "Natsu why would you take that job give it to me. You would ruin everything," Grey spat. "Why you pervert if anything you would scare the person away," I sneered. "Boys don't fight," Lucy said gently. I would've listened to her but Grey tries to snatch the job out of my hand. I pulled on it. It ripped. "Oops," we both said. Magical energy suddenly poured out. It created a weird portal. It began sucking everything in. Lucy screamed and she was pulled in. I went after her. "Natsu,Lucy!" People screamed. I felt like I was being pulled in different directions. My head pounded and my stomach churned. Don't hurl don't hurl. Then I felt like I was spat out. I landed hard on my stomach. It was grassy but hard packed. Ow that was going to leave a mark. Something heavy landed on back. "Ow," I moaned. More thuds as more things landed on me. "Ow," "ow," "ow," I quickly wiggled out of the way. Just in time. I stood up slowly. "Where were we? I looked behind me. In a pile was Grey, Erza, Gajeel, Levey, Wendy and wait where was Lucy? " Lucy where are you?" I yelled. "Here Natsu relax I was just trying to figure out where we were?" Lucy said tiredly. "Yeah what happened all I remember is jumping into the weird portal after Levey," Gajeel groaned. "Hey I see a castle let's go see if they can tell us where we are," Lucy said happily. I don't know why but I had a feeling we wouldn't see Fairy Tail for a long time.
