Chapter 7

Katherine's Pov

These last couple of days with Wesley had been great. I mean after what happened Monday night at my place Wesley and I have gotten so much closer, was I scared that we were getting closer everyday. Yes I really was but I was also letting myself just go with it because you might not get that chance ever again. It was already Friday today and I planned to just go home after the day was done and slouch on my couch eating take out and Netflix.

I was exhausted from all the work Wesley and I had to do, we practically would only get 6 hours of sleep if we were lucky I mean who knew French connotations would be that much work especially having to look at all of them and pick out one by one.

I decided to text Wes just to make sure he was coming and that I didn't have to present in class by myself.

Hey you better not be absent today or I swear I will kill you if you make me present by myself.

"That should do it." I murmured to myself. I closed my locker shut and nearly screamed my head off as I saw Wesley standing right next to me with a big smirk on his face as if he was trying his best not to laugh.

"Do what? Oh you mean," he said looking down at his phone,"that." Wesley started chuckling while he read my text.

"It's not funny you could've gave me a heart attack! Remind me never to talk to myself while texting you at the same time."

He scoffed, "Yeah good luck with that."

"Hey what's that sup-"

Dinggggggg!

"I'll see you later Kat okay don't be late!" And like that Wesley was off to his first period. Jesus that boy will be the end of me one day I thought to myself.

First period was kind of a lag. Everyone was talking about the party at Liam's house tonight. Liam was a really sweet guy, he had ocean deep blue eyes, messy brown hair and a nice toned body. I'll give it to him the guy was cute. He wasn't a douche like Damon he was sweet and caring, he was one of the guys I would consider dating. But still I wouldn't really put much thought into it. I finally say Hailey walk in and take her usual seat next to me.

"Hey Katherine you going tonight to Liam's party. I heard there's going to be college guys." She wiggled her eyebrows and smirked causing me to giggle, Hailey was such a good friend to me and I was happy that me and her got along well and she didn't hate me for how I looked.

"As much fun as it sounds I um can't I have to watch and catch up on shows I've missed like Teen Wolf you know him important that show is to me and Stiles Stilinksi. He is such a man candy ugh."

"Wow," Hailey scoffed,"Well if you ever decide to get out of your little comfort zone hit me up girl."

"Eh maybe I don't know depends how the day goes."

And like that we were off talking about what formulas we would learn for this semester and how chemistry was very important to us in the real world. Thank god Damon didn't sit behind me anymore. He decided to sit next to one of the girls that was ogling eyes at him and glaring daggers in my head, how fun. Aside from that I made sure I had everything for the project next class. Wesley was carrying the rest of the things because he insisted and I just didn't want to argue so I let him carry it.

The bell rang and I decided to make a steady walk for it but as soon as I walked out of the door I met Wesley's green eyes again. I jumped and covered my mouth, hoping it would hold in my scream. I then went from scared to angry in a matter of milliseconds and punched Wesley in the arm.
