After class, we swam home and ate our dinner of crab, seaweed, and some shrimp then we went to Luna's room to study. When we got in there her room was a mess so I helped her clean it up and organize it so we could study. Luna and I studied for a few hours then decided it was  time to go to bed and get plenty of sleep so we would be ready for the test the next day.

Other mermaids, they don't look like my pod. Oh well, I don't care, if they can help me then that's all I need. Maybe they will take me in and they won't forget about me or leave me behind like mine did, maybe they will care and I won't be an outcast again. I could start a new life, and have friends...

*In the morning*

I woke up to another part of the dream again, it seems like it wants me to remember it again, remember my past and the old me. But I can't let it bring that me back, I've already changed. I have friends and a family that cares and a pod that would never leave me behind like my old one did. I'm actually glad they did and that I found this one, here I'm normal and I'm not an outcast, here, I'm me.

*10 Minutes later*

I swim to Luna's room and wake her up and go get some breakfast while waiting for her to finish getting ready.  When she was finally ready they had to race to class again to avoid being late.  Again, we just barely made it to our seats when the teacher walked in.  We took our stuff out and got ready for the test. He gave us a few minutes before the test to study, so me and Luna grouped up with my group from yesterday and reviewed everything then split up and went to our seats when our teacher said it was time for the test.

The test was easy for me but it still took a while for me to finish the test and turn it in. I was the third one done and I read while I waited for everyone else to finish.

After about an hour the only person left with their test was  Luna and I was hoping it was only taking so long with her because she wanted everything to be right and was checking over everything. I wished her luck in my mind and continued reading.

When it was time for us to leave and go home Luna finally turned her test in with her head down and I knew she had a hard time with her test so I didn't bring it up on the way home and instead told her about the story I was reading the whole way home. She seemed to like it so I told her she could read it when I was done with it.

As soon as we got home we ate again and Luna went to her room and I went to mine. I decided to read and finish my story since I only had a few parts left. It took me thirty minutes to finish the story, and when I did finish I sat for a minute to take it all in and think about it then I swam to Luna's room to give it to her...
