Government officials of ranking 10 have been granted immunity from the Purge and shall not be harmed.
Commencing at the siren, any and all crime, including murder, will be legal for 12 continuous hours.
Police, fire, and emergency medical services will be unavailable until tomorrow morning until 7 a.m., when The Purge concludes.
No God-moding.
To kill, you must contact the victim privately to get their permission.
No matter how much you love your character unless you can make the attacker change their mind, they will most probably die.
I would suggest working ahead with another admin to kill/die at a given time.
Once dead, you can immediately create a new character send it *NEW* (first timers will put their characters on the given chapter) to me privately for me to confirm.
Keep the conversation on *ONE* continuous strand to keep it simple, e.g when one person comments *EVERYONE* replies only on that one comment, and not create a new one.
Do not start roleplaying until accepted.
No controlling of characters.
Swearing is allowed but I cannot help that wattpad will block your message.
Sexual talk is allowed, anything else take it to the PM's people, rape (if you feel the need) will have to be consulted with the victim's admin first and in the PM's.
All roleplayers have to write in either first or third person and in full sentences, no actions in *'s, be descriptive.
No controlling of other characters.
All admin conversations will be in brackets, so people are not confused.
If you find that a roleplayer is breaking any rules or being disrespectful to the *ADMIN* directly, please contact me privately as to not start a public fight amongst the players.
Warning, this will contain heavily described gory scenes and deaths, there is no filter on the violence.
Write the words *STAY SAFE* above your character's format in the next chapter to show that you have read these rules.
