It was dark, and there was a gentle breeze banging on the slightly open window of the white and boring bedroom I slept in since my mom passed away. [
She was . . . Just great, she would hold my hand every time I went to bed, she'd stay with me 'till i fell asleep, she would check on me every ten minutes and see if I was alright, and I'd always ask her to check the room for beastly creatures that only reside in the deepest parts of my imagination, but she, unlike the others, believed me .Since her last day, these creatures started to change, they'd become more frightening, more terrifying, haunting me 'till the rest of my days, or so I thought.
It wasn't until a couple of weeks ago that I really got to know the person that would make me feel safe again, she went by the name of Alice. She was perfect, and somewhat shorter than me, but still tall for a gal her age, she had dark, long brown hair that would perfectly fall alongside her spine. Her eyes were dark brown, that pure brown you would think is looking right through you, penetrating through your soul.
She was the best thing that ever happened to me.***
It was a winters night, and the wind was blowing a gale; because of the rattling of the trees, and the horrible thunder storm taking place. I woke up.
I sat up, looked around , and covered myself with my thick feather blanket just enough so that i could see.
Out of a sudden, I noticed a 3 legged humanoid, that was staring right at me, or that's what it seemed like, untill I noticed it didnt have a head! But two antennae like antlers were wiggling about, coming from inside the collar of the wealthy and expensive nylon suit it was wearing.I decided to man up, be brave and confront the situation by myself,(although I didn't think I was ready) I cautiously got out of my bed and lay down on the floor hoping he hadn't seen me. I got hold of my hockey stick that I keep under my bed, tried to sneak up behind it, and before I knew it was gone! As if it never had been there. I tried ignoring it throuughout the night, but i felt since the moment i turned around heading for my bed, it was watching me, I wasnt quite sure from were, but I had felt this before, and it didn't end well.
