Aitsu's POV

It was a normal, not-amusing, boring and hot day in Tokyo. I hated it, though I made it worse for myself because I clearly wanted to play basketball.

Yes, I play basketball. Got a problem? The discrimination, or rather, sexism, that girls can't play manly sports is a bunch of bull shit.

In fact, I know many females who excel in manly sports and are better than many guys. Though, enough of that.

I am Aitsu Mei. To keep things simple, I play basketball, I can't cook, and I enjoy the thrill of being in a tough match.

I attend Touou, and currently have no crush. I wanted to join the girls basketball team, but they kicked me out because I didn't attend practice or meetings.

To be honest, it isn't my fault that they were too inconsiderate of my sleeping schedule. Yes, I have a thing like that.

When I was walking to the court, as always, I saw a man also wearing a Touou uniform, playing basketball. I smirked, "Yo! Wanna pla-" I paused.

A girl with black hair and green eyes glared at me, okay let's be real though. She had brown eyes, but that female had green contacts. Not to mention, if her makeup happened to be smeared she would look like a character in the horror movies.

I smirked, "Chill out, I'm not going after your man. I only want to play basketball." Though the man I wanted a match against had something to say.

"Actually, I just broke up with her. Otherwise, I could take you on. I'm pretty sure you won't win though." I rolled my eyes.

The girl puffed, "We broke up?! Since when?! She put her hands on her hips and scowled at the male.

Now that I take a closer look, he was quite attractive. He had dark blue eyes and hair, and his figure was a different story. It was like you could tell he was strong, and I was surprised that he had such a figure in high school.

"You're too clingy, and besides-" The man pushed aside the girl.

He walked closer to me, and put his arm around my neck, "I'm quite interested in this thing, right here." His other hand dropped the basketball and trailed up my hip.

The girl glared at me, "I thought you said that you weren't going to take him from me!" I sighed.

"I clearly said that, though it isn't my fault that he left you, willingly." I grinned.

I was being rude, sure, but I didn't like how she took her anger out on me. I don't even know this man!

She started to tear up, and ran away from the park. I looked at the guy whom's hand was now, an inch away from my breast, and smacked both his arms away.

"I don't appreciate how you used me to get rid of your clingy girlfriend." I growled.

"I wasn't planning on using you to get rid of her, I am actually interested in you." He spoke with a grin.

"Sorry, I'm not interested in a guy I don't even know." I crossed my arms.

"The name's Aomine Daiki."

"Aitsu Mei, now, how about a round?" I grinned as I grabbed the fallen basketball that was on the concrete.

He merely grinned and entered the court, "Of course."
