Beautiful. That was the first word that popped into my mind as I stared at the girl a few lockers away. She was a tall girl with a head head full of curly, dark brown hair and tanned skin. Her back was to me so I couldn't see her face, but I got a good view of her perfect curves. She wore shorts that cupped her butt perfectly and a brightly colored shirt along with matching flats. I could faintly hear her laugh over the talking and shouts of people crowding the hallway. She was talking to a guy, her brother to be exact. They were new to our school and while I had classes with the her brother, Ryan, I could barely catch a glimpse of her all day. I didn't even know her name!
I look away and sigh, putting away useless books and shoving homework into my bag, slamming my locker, scaring a few people in the process. I joined the crowd, heading out of the school. Once I was out the door, I made a sharp left and headed to a tree not far away. I waited calmly for my friend, Josh, like I do every day. I watched as people scattered or ran to their buses and I chuckled softly as one of the popular guys tripped, falling head first into the boobs of some girl. I looked away as I heard her screech with embarrassment.
I looked towards the doors and my eyes widened. There she stood, looking like an angel. Her eyes were a deep shade of brown that seemed to sparkle slightly in the sun. My assumptions were correct. She was absolutely stunning.
I stared a bit longer, eyes still wide. Bad idea on my part. She looked in my direction and I stiffened as our gazes met. Her plump, pink lips slowly formed a smile and I looked away, feeling my face heat up. Josh dashed out, almost colliding with her angeletic form, and sprinted over to me. I side stepped his hug, tripping him in the process. With a yelp, he landed hard on the ground while I laughed.
"Damnit Vanessa, why do you always do that?!" Josh shouted as he slowly got up, wiping of dirt.
"Because you're always stupid enough to fall her it." I replied boredly, smirking.
"You're so mean!" He pouts and crosses his arms. Josh was shorter than most guys, but still taller than me. His shiny blonde hair and emerald green eyes had all the girls falling for him. Sadly, they were out of luck, for Josh was gay. He didn't act all girly and dramatic like most people see gays. He was actually very manly and enjoyed guy things, especially baseball.
I looked around to see if I could find my brown haired angel, but to no avail. She was gone.
"Come on, let's head to Rosie's. Maybe my little lesbian can finally find herself a girl." He smiled and ruffled my hair then began walking with me following close behind. I didn't know why, but I felt like something good was gonna happen today. So I smiled and enjoyed our walk to Rosie's
