More Surprises....

Manong Dante picks me up after that wonderful night. I try to calm myself up and I ended up smiling like a jerk.

" How was the night miss Ena?" Manong Dante asked me

" Happier than expected." I just said

" I think you would get some good sleep tonight miss Ena. " Manong Dante told me

" I hope so." I just answered

While I was at the car, I wanted to open the letter but Manong Dante might see me so I had to wait until I got home. Even though he already said the bottom line, I wanted to know everything he has written in that letter. I think I won't sleep at all after this. I came home hiding the letter in my purse.

" How was it sweetheart?" Dad asked me

" It went great. Why are you still up?" I asked them

" It's still quite early actually" Mom said out of nowhere

" really?" I just uttered

" Its only 11 pm my dear" Dad told me

" 11pm ONLY." I emphasized

" But at least you're here." I heard Mom's voice as I saw her sitting in the couch with the camera

" Hi mom" I said giving her a hug

" You really look stunning tonight. I bet you had a great night." Mom told me

" I sure did." I told them with a smile

" And I bet you're tired." Dad told me

" A bit." I told them

" Get some rest already dear." Dad said giving me a kiss on the forehead

" OK then. Good night." I told them as I went to my room

I closed my door. Lay down on the bed. Opened up the letter and this is what was written

" Let me just go straight to the point. I like you. There was something special with you I can't simply explain until I knew that I would long for you. I'm sorry I did not get to tell you this before. You're pretty. You're smart. You're talented. I don't know anything you don't have and I wonder why I never noticed you before. Maybe it's all with timing. So, are we still friends or are we more than that?"

DO I HAVE TO DECIDE NOW?! Anyways.. I really want to freak out but its going to break the silence of the evening and I can be killed for that. I just decided to call up Coleen to help me calm down

" Hello?" She answered

" Something happened." I said

" Yea yeah.. Ate Vanessa showed up all of as sudden to crash the party." She said in a sleepy manner

" More than that." I continued

" Wait.. Something more happened?" She said as if she woke up all of a sudden

" Yeah..." I said trying to hold back my happiness
