I woke up to food cooking. I walked downstairs and saw August cooking.
Sydney - good morning
August - good morning baybeh girl
I kinda wanna go see my mom today.
I kept looking at the floor
August - Wassup baybeh. Why you look all sad.
Sydney - will you take me to see my mom.
August - yeah
Sydney - thank you
He leaned in and kissed me. I pushed him away and blushed.

Sydney - gimme my food. You so irritating
Aug - gimme a quick kiss
Sydney - if you don't give me my food. I'm hungry.
He handed me some bacon and cinnamon rolls.

I kissed his cheek.
After I ate I walked upstairs and showered. I walked out the bathroom and put on my outfit ( in mm)
I walked downstairs and August was sitting on the couch. He grabbed NY hand and we went to the car.
I told him the directions to my mom's house.
We pulled up in the yard.
My mom was sitting on the front porch.
August POV
I watched as Sydney and her mom hugged. Her step dad Darnell walked outside.
Sydney let go and stood beside me.
Darnell - August you bringing her back.
August - nah
Darnell - oh. What brings y'all by?
Sydney - I wanted to see my mama
Darnell - Rose go get my something to drink
August - Mrs. Rose me and Sydney will get it.
I grabbed Sydney hand and we walked in the kitchen. She got Darnell a beer.
Aug - baby
I smirked and grabbed her ass.
Sydney - stop it. Have some manners we not a home Aug we're at my mom's house
Aug - I know
She walked out and give Darnell his beer.
I sat across from her mom.
Aug - Mrs. Rose you alright you look a lil tired
Rose -I'm fine but when are my grand babies coming
Sydney - momma we haven't really thought about a family.
Rose - marriage
Aug - that neither. We just taking things slow.
One hour later we left. Sydney fell asleep on the way home. I picked her up and walked in the house.
I laid her on the bed and walked out. I left and went to Popeye's.
