"Delia, where are you going? You gotta help us with this banner." Henry says standing up.

"Yeah, we both need your artistic skills Del." Kora steps in as she stands up too.

"Yeah, I'll be back. It'll be quick." I say as Lilith and I run outside the house. The night is already here, the sky is dark with only the hooting of owls heard and nobody's outside except for the two of us and that Alistair guy. We head to the fences, crawl through the hole and to the 'marked tree'.

"A-Alistair? Are you here?" Lilith hesitantly asks nearing the tree along with me behind her.

"Good to see you again Lilith." A deep voice of a guy is heard from behind the tree. Lilith and I gasp as the stranger reveals himself by approaching us and taking his hood off.

"Alistair, it really is you." Lilith says giving Alistair a quick hug.

While Lilith and Alistair are hugging, I still stand here frozen to the ground. My mind is full of questions as I watch the guy who I thought was dead. He has the same brown hair and red eyes as the picture of Alistair my father showed me.

"No no no..." I mumble shaking my head.

"What's wrong?" Lilith asks after releasing Alistair.

"You..you...you're supposed to be dead!" I cry out confused as hell.

"Please, calm down Delia. Let me explain." He pleads as he nears me.

"Lilith, your biter is Alistair Darkshade. And how do you even know my name?" I ask panicking.

"Your dad had always told me about his precious daughter." He says before pulling out a small smile.

"But...but I don't understand. My father told me you were a hunter once like him and you were killed by werewolves." I tell him.

He shakes his head. "That's what everyone thinks."

I raise my eyebrows, "What do you mean?"

"I was never killed by werewolves, in fact they saved me." He explains.

"Saved you from what?"

"There was an evil presence there. It nearly killed me but a werewolf saved me, the thing killed him instead. The fang on the necklace.. was his." Alistair sighs crossing his arms.

I take out my necklace off my neck and observe the fang. It really is a werewolf fang!

"What was that evil creature?" I curiously ask.

"The werwolves believed it was some kind of witch from the south." He says as Lilith backs up.

"Look vamps, I don't think I'm ready for all this. You two go ahead I think I'm gonna head back." Lilith says before saying goodbye to Alistair.

After she was gone, we continue.

"Witch huh? But where have you been all these years? Why didn't you come back?" I ask.

"I went to stay with the werewolves for a while. All these centuries we were wrong, werewolves aren't our enemies. I also went to the human world for quite some time." He explains.

"And you found Lilith..." I murmur and he nods. I glance down at the necklace again and hand it to him.

"No, you keep it." He smirks balling up my fist and pushing it back.

"Thanks." I say pulling out a smile. "We'll keep in touch, and...don't tell anything about this to your father." He replies as he runs away vanishing to the darkness.
