"James?"

The lazy voice reached James' ears which made him turn around in surprise.

"Hm?"

"You don't really know me, do you?"
"Heck, you don't even know my second name or anything"

"So I was thinking..."

"Go on,"

"Maybe we could go on a date? I just, umm- to get to know each other?"

"Pfft! What the heck Marcos? Sudden boost of confidence, huh?"

James let a chuckle slip from his mouth and leaned back.

"Yeah, yeah sure whatever"

"Seriously? Awesome!"

Marcos fist punched the air.

The time came

It had been about 3 months since the murder incident, and all criminal records and memories of James' suspected murder was gone, which he raised an eyebrow to but did not question, fearing that Marcos would push way too many buttons to confirm that James was safe.

It was nice, actually.

The feeling that someone cares for you, even if it's enough to kill someone.

Huh.

James finished glaring at himself in the mirror when he heard a knock on the door, he plodded over to it and revealed an over-excited Marcos on the other side.

"James-iee~! Long time no see!"

"You literally saw me yesterday..."

"Yeah but still, we're going on a date today! I thought you'd forget"

It surprised James that Marcos though he would forget about the thing he's been thinking about for the past 2 weeks.

"Nah, look, I'm ready. Where 're we going?"

"You'll see~!
