“Surprisingly, that foreign exchange student has really good Spanish,” I said, as Kendall and I were walking down the stairs to our 4th Period class.

“Oh my god, I know right? Just one more reason for me to become his future girlfriend,” she said, elbowing me in the ribs.

“Hola, mi amigos,” Ali said, walking out of French.
“Bonjour,” I paused, “Friend.”
“Nice try, Ari,” Kendall said, playfully punching her in the arm.

“Hey, is your name Kendall?” The foreign exchange student asked me.

I laughed and said, “No, that’s my friend over here.” I pointed to Kendall.

She blushed and said, “Yup, I’m Kendall.”
“

Well, my name is Brendon Urie. I’m new here, I just moved from Australia. Do you know what classroom Math is in?”

“Do you have Math 4th period?” Ali asked.

“Yes, I do,” he answered.

“Well so do I! I’ll show you where it is, and you’ll probably be sitting next to Dominic; he’s my boyfriend. I’ll tell him to be nice to you,” Ali said and smiled warmly.

“He has to sit next to Dominic?” I shook my head, “Oh dear lord.”

“Mhmm,” Ali answered.

“Are we getting hugs before 4th period?” Kendall asked Ali with a sad face.

“Yes, you are,” she came over and hugged us and left to go to Math before Mrs. Hager yelled at all of us to go to class.

“Poor Brendon,” I said.
Kendall laughed, and took a seat next to me in English Language Arts.

“Why is he poor? He’s rich in looks,” she said and elbowed me in the ribs.

“Because he has to sit next to Dominic!” I exclaimed.

“Well, it’s not THAT bad,” Kendall said.

“Okay, whatever floats your boat,” I said, and got to work.

After English Language Arts, we walked down to lunch with Ali, Dominic and Brendon.

“So how was your first math class?” Kendall asked.

“To tell you the truth, she kind of scares me,” he confessed.

“She’s no where NEAR scary. You wanna see scary?” I asked.

“No.. Not really,” he said looking nervous.

Kendall leaned over and whispered in my ear, “He’s so cute when he’s nervous!”

I laughed and said to Brendon, “Well Mr. Bigelman is pretty scary.”

“What class does he teach?” Brendon asked.

“He teaches Social Studies,” Ali answered.

“Oh, I have that 6th Period,” he said.

“Brendon, you’re in my Social Studies class. He’s always moodiest during last period,” Ali said and sighed.

“Oh great. I can’t wait,” he said, as we saw Sarah walking toward us with a smirk on her face.

“And I can’t wait to see what Slut-rah has to say to us,” I said.
