Eyes clear, Eyes wide
Sure of herself and what's inside

She wraps herself in a cocoon of shattered dreams

the noose around your neck I will lift

but you wouldn't let me inside
in your cocoon it was too easy to hide
so in there you sat as the seasons passed
I stayed too bound by a spell you had cast

I thought i might get a chance if i stayed here a while

Out of the cocoon an angel danced
And flew up into night sky
to watch this miserable world as a star from way up high
