Their once was a city girl who read and read and read. One day she found an old worn book in the back of her library. The librarian says it was an old folklore book. Being the inquisitive girl she is, she checked out the book and went home to read it. As she opened the green book a piece of old worn paper fell out of the book. On it, it read when finished this book the map shall appear. Thinking nothing of it she placed it on her nightstand and continued to read the book.
The book was about a dragon. The dragon held the knowledge of every living thing, it felt every life that has and will be born and its death. It spoke every language and understood every dream and every nightmare for it was the dragon of knowledge. It is said that this dragon has scales the color of the evergreen trees for it always flourishes with knowledge.
The book also had a drawing of the dragon. It had a sharp thin muzzle and glorious wings.
In the last page of the book a line was written. Find the dragon of life and when found the key if life will be revealed to you.
She closed the book with her mind full of images of the dragon. So as she put the green book on her book shelf when she remembered the piece of paper. So she reached over and grabbed the paper and mysteriously on the paper black ink began to spread all over the parchment. When the ink settled a map had appeared on the paper. So she decided I want to know the secret to life so she packed up a bag and decided to follow the map. The map first led to a small village in Brazil, so she bought a plane ticket and went to Brazil and when she landed she needed help because she was lost. So she found a man on the street who was willing to help her as long as he could come. So she agreed and he helped her find her way through the city. The next place was Africa so with her new friend they boarded a plane and went to Africa. When they arrived neither of them new the language of the people so they finally found someone who understood them and she said I will help you and translate for if you bring me too. They agreed and went their merry way. This time the map said go to Asia so they again boarded a plane and with their newest friend made their way to Asia. And again they where lost and confused so they sought help. And after a long day's journey they found someone who could help them. The only ones who could help them where the twins of this small village who fed them and said they joined their journey as well. So now having been joined joined by four unexpected allies they made their way to the last stop, the Dragons Cave. So they wandered up this huge hill for at the top of it was the Dragons Cave. After a long and tiresome journey they finally reached the top. So one by own they entered the cave. All tired from the journey they fell asleep all cuddled together trying to keep warm on the cold ice floor. And as they slept a soft female voice woke them from their slumber. They all woke up to see a glorious green dragon in front of them. It had a long thin snout and with brown horns that jutted from its head. It had strong wings and curling talons. Then the dragon spoke in a soft voice "You have found my cave young ones. A very noble achievement you all now know that I do exist and you all want the same thing from me." All looking eager they awaited their "treasure." She looked at them and said "But first I will tell you a story. My story. When i was born unto this world I knew nothing, but I grew and grew until I knew everything but not with out the help from friends and loved ones. So the key to life and my story are one in the same. You can not do anything without friends or loved ones. You can not succeed without help." They all looked around and smiled. They knew that without the girl none of them would have met but without the man from South America the women and twins from Asia and Africa would not have met. So without friends none of this would have happened. They found the key to life. Even in the very beginning with out the girls friend the librarian she would have never found the green book. They stayed for weeks with the dragon learning all that they could and finally left knowing the key to life could not be accomplished with out friends.
