Behind her blissful facade, there's a scarred soul waiting to be save. Beneath the smile she flaunts, she tried to escape the slow sunderance of her heart. She was dark. She was silent because she's tearing apart. And then he came, turning the world upside down, he loved her.

He kept her in his arms. He showed her the existence of love. She leaned on him. He held her hand, lifted her up on the dark well, she's been staying all along. She reached for his arm and hold onto it like it's her only hope.

He took away her anxieties and fears, poured her the love she had deserve from the start. He guided her to the light, away from her miserable life. His eyes clouded by promises, and for the first time, she had trusted someone beside herself.

He tore down the fifty foot metal wall, she indulge and watched him with a glowing smile. He gave her flowers, she wrote him poems. Day by day, he told her how much she loved her. And she answered with a hopeful smile.

She refused to get attached, because he might give up like the other ones. He did everything he can, proved to her that he wouldn't screw this chance. That he's something else. That he's far from everyone else, that he would never hurt her like what they did.

She finally had decided. After a long battle of her heart and her mind, she chose to give him her heart. The day has come; she left him a note, saying to meet her by nine. Under the moonlight, where the starry night sky is in sight above.

She seemed so happy and free from misery at last.

Hours had passed and to her dismay, no one had come. Her drowning sea blue eyes which have this solitary speck of life, had returned to a sorrowful dead sea.

She closed her eyes, embracing the cold night wind. She was left there, crushed by grief. She knew this would happen, of course, she's always this preventive.

But she let her heart win, for she loved him. She didn't regret anything. She's used to be left hanging.

But what's sad about it, she was about to say how much he wanted him to stay, how much she was ready to face the world with him, but he left her without a breath to spare, and a weakened soul to bear eternally.

She was alone, living with a scraped heart and shunned memories of him.
