I sighed heavily as I sat in my room.
It was untouched, nothing was moved since the day. The sheets were the same way they were our last night together.
His clothes still in his drawer that he borrowed when he stayed over and his pictures still displayed in the room.
I put my scarf on my head and leaned forward to hit the record button on my not so professional camera.
Today was the day I was going to talk about it and finally move on.
I hit the camera and the red light began to flash indicating the 5 second countdown began. I looked into the camera lenses when the light went solid red and my heart stopped "I'm Carrie and today I get to talk about my side of the story. I promise, nobody dies"

"My god" I exclaimed as Ethan leaned against my locker holding something for me momentarily as I tried to find my world religions textbook in the mess of a locker I had.

"Mouse, instead of having these freak outs, why don't you clean out your damn locker?" He asked me as he pushed himself off the locker he was leaning on

"Ethan I have other things to keep up with" I whined.

"Mhmm. Just stop whining and give me a kiss" he said as he leaned in slowly and made contact with my lips.

"Ethan stop I have to find that damn textbook." I said as I pushed on his chest, but he resisted and reconnected his lips with mine and reached behind me and grabbed the textbook without breaking the kiss.

"Mouse it was right there the whole time." He said as he smiled on my lips

"Why didn't you tell me? I was going insane" I said as I crossed my arms in front of my chest

"Cause mouse, you're cute when you get all upset." He said as he kissed me again holding the textbook above us.

I pulled away and looked at Ethan seriously

"I need the textbook" I told him
"Jump"
"Ethan I can't. I'm too short." I told him rather annoyed. He knew damn well I was short and I could never get my hands on that textbook.

"Give me a kiss and I'll give you the book" he said, a smirk evident on his face.
I pecked his lips and he handed me the book.
"Thank you" I said as I shut my locker and secured the lock shut.
"Bye mouse"
"Byeeeeeee"

I liked Ethan a lot. He was really sweet and ever since we started dating everything has been going fairly good.

I'm somewhat of a nobody at my school. I'm small. Like really small. Like I'm easy to miss, small. My hair is probably the biggest thing about me. I'm thin and short with a large mop of medium length blonde hair which is extremely curly. Which makes no sense since I eat for 15, both my parents have straight, thin hair, and my dad is about 6 feet tall and my mom is fairly tall as well so really my lack of height is rather unusual.

Anyways, that's beyond the point. I'm not very popular. I'm unnoticed and ignored a lot, so when Ethan first talked to me I was surprised.

He saw I had no lab partner so he ditched his brother and asked me if he could be my lab partner.
I was really quiet and even offered to do all the work, just to avoid having to interact with someone else socially.

He insisted on participating and despite my constant attempts to shut down the conversation he kept trying to make small talk with me.
