well hey there so this is "across the water"...this is my first fanfiction so.. sorry if it sucks :( bare with meh
Elena's POV.
"Elena come down stairs We're leaving in 20 minutes!" I sigh as i hear my dad call me from down stairs while i finish getting ready..
Moving to australia isnt the dream. I mean i dont hate it there but i just dont want to leave the place i grew up, the only reason were moving to aussie is because my dads job and new girlfriend yippee! (Sarcasm btw)...
I walk around my room a bit more, remembering the memories,remembering the birthdays,remembering the first days of school,remembering when we were an actual family.
But feeling bad for myself isn't gonna do anything much
I start to tiptoe to my brothers bedroom as i see him sitting on the floor still packing a bit "hey squirt" i say trying to lighten the mood "hey" he says giving me a fake smile i could see he wasnt a happy camper right now "what was that" i say referring to his fake little smile he shrugged his shoulders "look" i say sitting on the floor next to him "i know moving across the world is alot,and its kinda just hittin you in the face right now but it'll all be ok...i swear" i say, "you promise..?" He says putting his pinky out "promise" i say and smile while latching my pinky onto his
"ELENA,COME ONNN!!" I hear my sister yell
I stand up holding my hand out motioning for him to grab it,he held my hand and jumped up grabbing his things and going down stares "you comin?" He asks "yea ill be right down" i say back as i look down and get my suitcase and some what of my other things together
"Headphones,phone....what else..?" I ask myself
" O M GEEE ELENA CMON WE DONT HAVE 19,000 YEARS" i hear my sister yell, i ignore her as always
I grab my things and run down stares putting my headphones in.
"FINALLY" i heard my older brother say thru the music i was listening to
I have the most annoying siblings. wanna trade?
I get in the car and the song "impossible" by shontelle comes on my headphones i quietly hum to the song until i fall asleep. my little brother taps my shoulder and wakes me up i shake my head and rub my eyes to see where i am
At the airport
Yay (sarcasm..again)
We walk into the airport and sit down,my little brother starts to grab my hand i looked down and smiled
"washington DC to australia is now boarding" we heard the announcement lady say
I found my seat on the plane "yay window seat" i mumbled to myself "wow my life is sad" i mumbled again
I sat by the window and l stuck my headphones into my ears until i felt a bag hit my shoulder "ouch" i say taking my headphones out and looking to see what had just hit me.. It was a girl around the same age as me (16-17)
oh my gosh im so sorry,im just trying to get my bag to stay up here" i giggle to my self "oh no its alright it just scared me" i said standing up trying to help her "there" i said pushing her bag into the cubby "thanks so much, that thing is an asshole" she said, i started laughing "i know right" i said giggling as we both sat down again "im chloe" she says putting her hand out "im elena" i say back "thats a really pretty name" she says "thank, yours to" thru the hole plane ride we talk about plain nothings and then start to get desperate so we started asking eachother stuff like "whats your favourite food" and "whats your favourite colour".. "we have now landed in sydney australia" the lady said "well it was really nice meeting you uhh..do u have like a phone orr??" Chloe asked kinda awkwardly "oh yea hold on" i said as i grabbed my phone and we exchanged phone numbers
As me and my family to our new 'home' we all went inside to find our room.. And then it became war on who got this room and who got that room it was so entertaining
But we all decided, my older brother charles got the medium size room which is downstairs, my older sister bianca got the second biggest room also down stairs, my younger brother Isaac's room was a small little thing down the hall from mine, and mine was the one that was the medium size one with the best wifi signal . Ha
I decided since we were so close to the beach I was gonna go all dora the explorer and actually go to the beach
So i got my skateboard and skateboarded to the beach
Once i got to the beach i stoped my skateboard and started to walk along the beach i havent been to the beach since i was 4 oh wow
I was enjoying myself until a A GREAT WHITE SHARK ATTACKED ME lol jk
No some smurf kid bumped into me
"Oh im s-sorry" he mumbled holding onto my waist so i wouldnt fall
"its ok" i said he kept his arms around my waist "oh uh..sorry" he said awkwardly letting go "im michael" he said putting his hands together in front of him "elena" i said smiling,he smiled back "well i uh better get back to my friends see you around" he said smiling "oh yea see you around" i said and started to walk away.
