«Girls, welcome to the cabin.»
Tom said, from the start of the stairs of the cabin, holding both of his arms out with a huge smile on his face.
As I got out of the car with Therese I noticed my jaw was hurting. I touched it and yupp my jaw had dropped. I looked at Therese and she had a jaw drop too.
«So what do you girls think»
Gio asked walking towards Tom with her bag.
«Are you guys sure this is a cabin, this looks more like a mansion.»
I asked, turning around to look at Harry who was standing next to me.
«Exactly what we said»
He laughs pointing at Dougie.
«So you guys rent this?»
Therese asked.
«No, this is actually a friends cabin.»
Izzy answered walking by, pulling Harry with her.
«A very generous friend!»
Danny shouted from behind the minibus.
«Nice.»
Me and Therese said at the same time. We all started walking towards the cabin.
«LADS!»
Danny shouted, from behind the minibus again. We all turned around to look at him with a question mark.
«THE BAGS!»
He shouted, pointing with his hands towards the back of the minibus, he had 4 bags on him. We looked at each other and started laughing at him.
«Cheers»
He answered, being sarcastic.
FEW MINUTES LATER.
«Tom, who's cabin is this really?»
Therese asked.
«Yea, who's the Richie Rich?»
I asked, sitting down on the kitchen counter.
«Mate, this is great, looks better than in the pictures.»
Harry commented. Sitting down on the couch.
«You will meet him later.»
Tom answered, standing in front of me. He turns around giving me his back, he starts delegating us.
«Can everyone sit down and I will introduce the house to you all.»
Tom said. And we all sat down on the couches, Harry, Izzy and Dougie sat on the smallest one. Gio, me and Therese sat on the one across them, while Danny and Georgia sat on the biggest couch in the middle. I couldnt help, but look around, the kitchen was the part separating the livingroom from the dining room which was straight ahead. The kitchen is just a brick or wall in the middle of a huge room, surrounded by counters. Behind me is the little hall, entrance and of course the stairs, and straight up there's this small porch. Everything seems very luxury.
«So, the house is a bit big, we're going to be here for a week, so we will probably get lost in the beginning, but we'll get used to the space. There are 12 or 13 bedrooms in this house.»
«13 bedrooms?»
Some of us said. Tom laughes and continues.
«I think its obvious who's sharing rooms, and for some of you is up to you if you want to share or just keep it to yourself. Some bedrooms includes bathroom and some don't. There are 2 down here, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets upstairs. There's a room in the back here, the door is under the stairs. Its a gameroom as he called it. There's pool, ping pong, darts, a bar and some other stuff we can check out.»
We started to get excited by the thought of the room.
«Okay, calm! Let me give out the rooms to choose from, come with me.» Tom said walking over to the stairs and we all got up and followed him. We all went upstairs and walked to the left, 4 rooms to choose from and and one toilet and to the end of the hall was another stair leading up 2 more rooms and a bathroom. The same was the other way, but out of all the rooms 5 of them was not to be taken by us. Therese chose a room on the right side of the house where most of the colours was pink, purple and white and a bathroom with a tub.
I chose the room to the left side of the house and up the stairs with redbrown colours, but no bathroom.
While Harry&Izzy, Danny&Georgia chose the room on the left side of the house, Tom&Gio and Dougie chose rooms on the right side of the house and up the stairs. The thought was who will ocuppy the other rooms.
«Guys I forgot to mention something.»
We heard from the other side of the house.
«I just remembered, there's a door to the outside pool on the playroom.»
Tom shouted.
Me and Therese looked at each other and ran down the stairs, we met Danny and Dougie at the end of the stairs.
«First!»
Dougie shouted in a creepy pitchy voice, making a funny face. Danny joined in with the funny faces.
«NO WAY!»
We yelled after them, running in the door passing through the playroom, it was just like Tom had said it was, plus huge windows where the view was the big lake outside.
We kept running after the guys. I grabbed Danny's arm, while Therese grabbed Dougies T-shirt, but they kept running draggin us with them, when we got out and saw the pool, the grill and the chairs, we all stopped to admire everything around us.
Therese poked me in the arm and made a move with her head pointing at the guys still in front of us, hinting me what to do.
I looked at her and smiled as an answer, we counted with our fingers without making a sound.
«THREE!»
We yelled and pushed the guys into the pool.
«YOU TRICKED US!»
Dougie shouted. We laughed and high fived. Therese was almost crying of the laughter. I had to sit down because the guys started kidding around in the water and trying to wet us from the pool.
Tom, Harry and Georgia came out as well and started laughing too. They joined in the game and poor Georgia was pushed intoo. Therese tried to run away from Harry while screaming, he started chasing her around the pool. I tried to keep away from getting wet so I kept myself by the door.
A bell started ringing, but no one seemed to want to open the door.
«I'll take it!»
I said, and ran in the house and over to the entrance, I stopped right in front of the door and opened it slowly.
«Yes?»
I asked, as I opened the door. I watched the person from the shoes and upwards, I turned my head a little to the side, this person seemed familiar. And then I looked at his face, my jaw dropped.
