Once when I was in the fourth or fifth grade I met a young girl around my age, but only at night. She called herself Lilly. She talked to me every night we would meet, and slowly we became great friends. She became more open as time went on, this lasted about two years before she finally told me to come to her house, I agreed because it seemed like it would be fun. Although her house was dark and she wanted me over at one in the morning, I entered with her permission. I watched the halls lean over me.The darkness stalked  my every step. Lilly was overjoyed, she spun around the huge living room giggling. We spent the darkened night among the heads of fallen animals caught in their final moments, Lilly wanted me to tell her everything of the outside. Yet I quickly ran out of stories, See egged me on forever and I loved it. She stammered about every point in her life and even more, her voice was smooth wrapping around me as a soft blanket would. Soon I stopped listening and just let her voice fill the room, I listened to the rhythm as it flowed through my ears and into my body with ease. It all stopped when the clock struck three both of us jumped like we got woken out of a trance. She was shaken about the time and started to talk, more rushed than ever. She started to talk faster, and faster. asking  me questions about animals and insects in the day. Finally as the sun started to rise in the windows she asked me to stay with her forever. She claimed I am the only one who listened to her and she feared that I will never come back. It was so rushed and she was so distressed. I said yes without thinking and that. was it, after that I couldn't leave the house. I really don't notice anymore,  'cause I don't need anyone but her.
