Chapter one

I remember it like it was yesterday.
Flash back

Little four year old me sitting at the park crying because I had lost my mother. Then a boy whos named I later found out is Sam came up and ask me if I was OK I told him the story of how I lost my mom to cancer just to find out that he had recently lost his dad. We where both told that it was time to go home just to find out we lived right next to each other. And from that day on the have been inseparable.
"End of flash back"

My problem is that I'm a bad friend what Sam dose not know is that my dad abuses me and I'm bullied very badly. Also how at the age of 11 I started to became depressed and started cutting. I know that I need to tell him but how, how will I tell the person I promised never to lie or keep secrets from that I have been lying and keeping secrets? The only reason why I don't want to tell is that I'm sacred that he will think I'm a freak and not want to be my friend. I don't even know why he wants to be friends I'm just fat and ugly. But there is one more problem I'm like Sam.

Sam's pov

Me and Lilly have been friends for years but I can't help but think something is wrong. I mean she now is starting to where a lot of makeup like yea she is a 13 year old girl but still. She is like a twig I don't think I have seen her eat lunch cents 5th grade and we are in 7th. She has also been starting to where gsad and dark colored makeup and clothes. She would tell me if something was wrong right? I'm just sacred for her she is my best friend.
