Walking in with Marcellus, which is shocking that she let him come along inside the emergency room with me. The reason for me being shocked is that they both got into an argument about how he wasn't my family etc but were both cut short due to me reminding the of my poor condition.

"Alright I'll call the doctor and he will be in here to fix you up shortly." She said smiling at me and she purposefully through a glare at Marcellus on her way out the door.

I smiled back before I turned my head quickly to Marcellus who had made himself quite at home on the chair in the corner of the room.

"You are just unbelievable!" I burst into laughter but then abruptly had to stop since pain had shot into my torn lip. "Ow." I mumbled.

"What?" Marcellus asked innocently. He tried so hard to make a puppy dog face, and I must say he could not pull off the innocent look even if he was kidnapped, and the kidnappers told him that they wouldn't kill him if they told him to make that face.

"Never try to make that innocent face again, you couldn't pull it off if you're life depended on it. Your eyes will forever hold sarcasm and evilness in them." I couldn't help but say back to him.

"Hey, you can't kill a man for trying to be innocent." He said to me. "Jeez tough crowd we got here." He muttered under his breath.

"Heard that" I sang out just to get under his skin more.

"Oh so help me-" He began but was abruptly cut short when the door was opened and the doctor made his appearance.

"Alright, what do we got here?" The doctor said looking down at his clipboard.

Clipboard? What could he possibly have to right on his clip board? I haven't told anyone here my name. Looking at the clipboard in his hands I couldn't help but glare at it.

"Ahem!" Removing my glare at the clipboard I looked up at the doctor who was not standing to the right of my bed.

"Oh hi." I mumbled looking into his blue eyes.

The doctor was an old mad, he had graying hair and was slightly hunched forward, but looking in eyes I could sense that he had many years of expertise.

"Hello, so I see you have a split lip?" He looked at me with a hint of a smile on his face.

"Yes, I have a split lip." I stated as if it couldn't be more obvious. I mean first off my lip is bleeding, second my hand is holding my lip what more could have made that more obvious for him to see.

"Alright, why don't you remove your hand from your lip so that I can see if there are stitches needed and if so how many." He spoke softly yet firmly while he began to put on rubber gloves.

Once the gloves were on I removed my hand from my poor bleeding lip. He set his clipboard aside and then his hands reached for my bottom lip. As he was examining I noticed the prominent frown on his face, his wrinkles also seemed to seem more wrinkled.

"Goodness child what on earth did you do to your poor lip? It seems that you are going to need three stitches." I seemed to have muttered more to himself in the beginning of his sentence.

"I was biting my lip, I didn't see the crack in the ground... so I fell." I lied as smoothly as a could. Looking straight into his eyes I could tell that he knew I was lying. Puckering up his lips he looked at me, his eyes seemed to soften. Nodding his head he turned around and took off his gloves. Grabbing the clipboard that he had set down on the table he jotted down a few notes. Once he was finished he turned around facing me.

"I'll be back with the stitches and gauze to put on your lip, I will also teach you how to treat your lip for when you go back home. If there is any trouble," His eyes bore into mine" Any trouble what so ever you can come to the hospital, I can assure you that for whatever the problem may be there will be someone who can help." Staring into my eyes for a few more moments he nodded head, left the room.
