Bug always had a knack for tinkering considering he lived in the clay mountains, which were known for the maker mages. The maker mages had three different classes of magic. The first being construct magic in which the mage would be able to bond any two objects together essentially welding them together. The second is mover magic, working like telekinesis these mages work hand in hand with construct mages to build houses and other assorted things. They literally have to be together because mover mages can only move what has been magically bonded in the past. The third is very special and only once every 350th summer solstice is an animation mage born. Animation magic is so unique because the ones who wield this magic can use both mover magic and construct magic in addition to creating golems out of these magics.
These golems have been known for there endurance and fortitude in the heat of battle all the way to how well they can pull six plows at once to toil an entire farm plot in just under twenty minutes. This magic is so rare that most mages born with it don't know they have the gift until they are already too old to practice magic full time for all three classification. Bringing the story back around Bug is a special boy because the 350th summer solstice was 42 years ago where the last animation mage was born up until 15 years ago when a strange event changed the land forever.
